White Spheres - The Unseen Energizers of Our Universe
22 Aug 2023 · 31 min
In this episode of the podcast "Conversations with the Universe," host Sylvia Leifheit, who claims to have gained the ability to communicate with subtle cosmic levels after a near‑death experience, interviews an entity referred to as Speaker B. The dialogue explores the nature, origin, and function of the "white spheres," a class of non‑conscious energy formations that arise from leftover energy remnants rather than from souls. The spheres exist simultaneously in the material world and in subtle realms, maintaining an equal 50/50 distribution, and act as the Source’s tools for transmitting and balancing chi (G‑energy). They are described as transparent, dome‑enclosed clusters that pulsate with love and vitality, recharging in places of low contamination such as forests, and returning to their home level to cleanse absorbed negativity. Unlike angels, the spheres lack individual consciousness; they are likened to cleaning crews, cotton‑swab‑like tools, or vacuum cleaners that absorb and transform polluted energetic fields without altering the core of a soul. They can assist in rituals and meditations by preparing a person’s energy field, but they cannot heal the soul itself. The spheres also form when a powerful soul leaves a body and a tiny, pure energy fragment remains, becoming a white sphere. Their work involves moving in large groups to contaminated sites, absorbing negative frequencies, returning to their home level to discharge the impurity, and then re‑entering the field. The conversation also touches on their speed (faster than souls), bright realm of residence, and the philosophical distinction between energy with and without consciousness. The episode concludes with a reminder that further details are available in Sylvia’s books.

Dear human, dear soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. Since a near-death experience, I have the gift to communicate with subtle levels of the cosmos. The knowledge from these for us invisible forms of energy I capture in my books, and it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge, these conversations, with you as a supplement to the books. Please excuse me if the terms and articulations are not perfect. Our mother tongue is German, but we try to translate it to the best of our abilities. Thank you. Dear friend of the Indians, we are moving and moving and now arriving at the next level, so please describe.
Dear Sylvia Leifheit, without you I would not be able to share this knowledge. So I wanted to tell you how grateful I am that we are doing this work together. In many years to come, this work will still provide support and will guide people out of despair. What you give them cannot be valued highly enough.
Well, it's not just me, my dear, it's the two of us together.
Yes. You are the one who lives this gift and materializes it.
That's lovely to, to you to say so, my dearest friend and teacher, and it truly gives me great joy and is a great honor for me to do what we do here. And yes, my wish is that it will remain accessible to people for a long, long, long time as well. But now let us continue in our work on the different realms of Subtlety. Where would you like to direct your attention, our attention, next? Please tell me.
Next, I would like to visit the upper brightly vibrating realms and worlds with you. So we are moving from the world of the deceased, from the bright world of the deceased, into the next higher frequency.
Quick question, dear friend. You said that you always go back to your home frequency, but the way you are talking now, one could think that you go directly from one world or level to the deceased, of the deceased, into the next higher frequency level. But in fact, you first return to your frequency realm and then you go to this other frequency realm, right?
Right. That's correct. I do not move permanently through these other worlds but keep returning to my home frequency in order to recharge there. At some point, I decided that I would like to visit the next higher level after the level of the deceased.
Okay, please describe what that was like.
It was very interesting, as it seems to be home to all the white spheres.
Ah yes, the white spheres. I remember having written about them in the book "Interviews with the Entities of Abhazia." I have also perceived some myself, but since we are all different, how do you perceive them? Please describe this for us.
The white spheres are kind to a group of young children who are all very helpful. My perception could not even count the vast number of these little helping energies.
Oh, then please let us examine, examine these further. The plane of the White Spheres, what does it look like and how do you get there?
Imagine this plane like some kind of big bubble. That's the best way to describe it. Unlike the souls, the spheres are not all in some kind of shapeless plane but all arranged very close together. They are all as if in a multi-level arrangement. All the white spheres seem to be waiting while pulsating organically.
Do you mean like in a kind of dome? Why a dome? Could you figure out why they are arranged like that in this particular kind of space?
No. When I travel to these realms, I explore them regarding their workings and being, but do not question the circumstances of their world. That would go too far and cost me too much strength and attention. Or do you always question exactly why there is mountain X at place Y?
No, of course not.
You're right.
It's the way it is. But still, finding such a form in all the subtle matter to travel is rather an exception, isn't it?
No and yes. More yes. Nevertheless, the energies and worlds, realms and levels here work more in a kind of acceptance than is familiar to you. I do my research, but I'm also learning to accept the respective circumstances.
Yes, I understand. Back to the white spheres. We have already discussed once where they come from. I remember that they develop out of certain energy remnants that are sometimes left over in the cosmos of energies. Not out of a soul remnant, but energy remnants. They come from energy fields without individual consciousness that are more or less left over in the process of countless dying and becoming. Is that right?
Right.
Okay. And as far as I understand, however, the white spheres keep appearing on Earth too. But what you are describing to me is that they are all on a subtle level. Q: What is the difference between those spheres which dwell and work in matter and those which do so on the subtle plane?
A: If you imagine all this as connected on a wide level of the material and the subtle world, then the white spheres operate both on the material and on the subtle level. They are thus in permanent exchange, transforming and traveling through these planes. But they are everywhere.
If they are everywhere, then in the— and they are only partially in the subtle plane. To what percentage are they in the subtle plane and to what percentage in the material plane? Is that somehow balanced?
Yes, it is.
Ah, I see.
They are in equal parts on the subtle as well as on the material level. This is because they carry the Chi energy, the power of the Source, within themselves and carry it to all levels through their form and work. They are pulsating energy givers and purifiers from the Source.
Ah, then here comes the big obvious question: Are they angels?
No, no, my dear. Angels are powerful energies with an individual consciousness, while the white spheres have no individual consciousness. They are like the loving force fields you take with you when you want to build a house, and they are the building blocks. They are the material which carries matter in itself. Bundles energy in itself but still has no individual consciousness.
Hmm, that's very difficult to understand because it would stand to reason to think, okay, the fluid that is Qi is already everywhere anyway, so why are the white spheres necessary?
A very nice question, but it is indeed the case that the fluid Qi as you call it, gets lost again and again, or let's say it's transformed into places with less energy. The white spheres are necessary to balance this out. Not angels, not Masters, not other beings, but simply moving balls of G-energy that fill the place with G-energy. Again.
Okay, that makes sense. The spheres therefore seem to be a direct tool of the Source, which regulates the chi portion, the all-pervading invigorating power of the Source in the cosmos, with the help of these white spheres like an army of energy.
Um, yes, that's basically correct. Although I don't like the word army here at all, as there is nothing to defend and the spheres have a life-extending effect. As far as I know, these are two things that don't reflect the primary duties of army, isn't it?
Yes, you're right. So what would you call them?
Hmm, I would call them the loving, transforming clinic of the cosmos.
That's nice indeed. I remember that the higher levels deliberately take the spheres with them as helpers.
Yes, they are comparable to the cotton swabs of your doctors. They clean and they help, but to do so they either need an entity that directs, calls, and guides them, or they go to places where there is an energy deficit.
Were you able to walk through them on their level like you can in the realm of the souls?
No, no, no. They are very strongly connected, not as loosely as souls.
But you can certainly connect with their energy fields.
Yes, I can connect with them and can ask some of them to come with me.
And have you ever witnessed that it's like when they follow you and the work is done, When the compensation, their help is complete, do they then just go back to their level?
Yes, to recharge, just like me.
And do they know when the moment has come, or do they leave on their own, or do they need to be sent away?
They leave on their own, and if necessary, they return to help some more and give tea.
So in the end, they are a moving arm of the Source to maintain the energy out of the Source everywhere.
Yes, if that's how you want to put it. But apart from just transmitting energy, it is their task to expand and transform energy fields. They can, if necessary and allowed, transform energies from dark energy-less matter into bright, luminous, radiant energy.
That is fascinating. But doesn't that mean that they could simply visit and heal souls that have become brittle and slow in their soul quality?
No, no, no. They can't do this in the cores of souls. They can only do it with different localities, the environment, as you would say, nature.
Oh, really?
For example, they also go where actions of human beings have caused a great deal of suffering and contamination. Let's take a war zone. The souls from this place leave it to pass to the world of the deceased, but the place itself has lost much power and energetics due to the negative destructive energies.— it has been transformed. Here, the White Spheres intervene to restore balance, purely from an energetic point of view, and only in this place.
I see. So, they primarily transform places and their energetics into bright, luminous places. But I remember that the White Spheres can also have an effect on people's energy fields.
Yes. But they cannot transform the soul frequency. They can help to purify, help to transform, but ultimately they cannot transform the soul core as such. Each soul must do that itself.
But it could ask the White Spheres to help with this.
Yes, but everyone must transform their own power out of their own free will and must not let others do it.
Yes, I know. Do the white spheres move very fast?
Oh yes!
Faster than souls?
Yes. Wow!
And the level which they reside is rather bright, right?
Right.
How can I picture this? Did you come to the plane of the white spheres because you decided to go there, or did this just happen?
I had decided to do it because I knew that it existed. And I wanted to see how and where they dwell. I wanted to see their homeland.
I see.
And when I stepped into the plane, I perceived this mass and abundance of white spheres, but also that the area was limited by the dome.
And simply being there recharges them, right? They don't have to do anything else?
No. They are relatively immobile but pulsate in a very lively manner. Lively manner. They radiate with joy, vitality, and love.
Beautiful! The caviar of the cosmos!
Not really, my dear. They are not eaten, and they are not red or black. At most they are transparent, Sylvia.
Yes, I was only joking. I remember you once described them as actually transparent and not really white. I will attach the previous text on the white spheres at the end of this so that all the information is in one place for all the listeners. Please have a look into the book. We will not read it here. So, my dear friend, you wanted to tell us a little bit about how the White Spheres behave in the course of their work in the cosmos. On the one hand, you said that they cannot change their form, but nevertheless it seems as if they experience a certain kind of movement with their work. I'm very curious to hear what you can tell me about this.
Gladly, dear. In a way, The White Spheres should be considered something like the cleaning crew in your homes. I like coming up with a comparison that you understand on the material level.
Yes, and as you remember, it's not that easy, but this one I can understand. And how exactly do they do that?
They move to where the impurities in the cosmos happen and can be cleaned up. Because of their resonance. As you know, not everything can simply be cleaned up. Many a soul force has to walk a certain path of balancing before it can experience purification. So this cannot be accomplished from the outside. But there are nevertheless different possibilities within the cosmic areas which can indeed be cleaned by the White Spheres. The spheres can also give souls impulses as preparation.
So you mean, on the one hand they can affect localities and certain conditions, and on the other hand they can also prepare souls for something?
Exactly. They are kind of, as I said, a cleaning crew. On the one hand they clean away polluted energetics, or let's better say they balance them by filling unbalanced places or moments there with energy. And on the other hand, they can also support souls when they are in a cleansing process.
You said that beautifully. Now I understand it perfectly. And what happens then to the white spheres?
When they clean up locations in the cosmos, they are very fast and nimble. And through their mode of action, that of rapid energy cleanup, they slightly change the frequency that prevails in a particular location. They are therefore a kind to a kind of vacuum cleaner. Wouldn't you say?
Yes, a vacuum cleaner is an image I can picture well.
Great.
So you mean they suck up negativity, or would you phrase that differently?
They clean via transforming the existing frequencies.
Genius. Okay, and since they are not energies that are actually endowed with some kind of consciousness but are simply energy, they can affect things there?
Yes.
I thought I once heard that the whole cosmos is consciousness.
Oh no.
But the cosmos is energy.
Yes.
And how come there are energies with consciousness and energies without?
Because this is an excellent way to form energies without consciousness from a sea of energy.
I thought always, I always thought everything was energy with consciousness.
No, no, not at all. There are definitely forms of energy which do not carry consciousness. And you have known that consciousness is bound to a certain energetics Ever since you learned that there is a soul core which is the carrier of the consciousness in the souls, haven't you?
Yes.
It is not the force field that carries it.
Yes, I remember. Okay, so you can say that everything that has a soul carries this real consciousness.
Yes.
While everything that is only chi, that is only energy, that does not have this kind of consciousness.
Exactly, my dear.
Okay, and so the white spheres work exclusively in the fields without a soul core?
Yes, you have summed it up in an articulate way.
Okay, then I would like to keep asking questions. You were going to expand on how they transform when they purify, even if they don't change the shape.
They don't change form. No.
Then please describe to me how they do it.
They move quite often, mostly in large groups, usually to one location in the cosmos, which can be subtle or gross matter. Then they begin to raise the energy field there by balancing negative fields, remnants of thoughts, remnants of despair, or other kinds of impurities. Thus, the frequency of negativity in this place disappears and remains neutral or goes back to its former original frequency.
Neutral or to its former frequency? So there are places that are neutral?
No, dear. Sorry, you are right, of course. When I said neutral, I meant that the frequency returns to what it was before the negativity.
Yeah. So that basically means that these white spheres are stabilizers because they see to it that the cosmos is preserved in the frequency in which it is instead of being distorted or changed somehow. Right?
Right.
Okay. And then they suck up the negativity. I get that too.
Yes. And then, then they return to their level with these negative energies. The reason why the level of the white spheres seems so self-contained compared to other levels in the upper realms is that they require exactly this kind of self-contained energetics to entirely become themselves again, to transform the negative fields out of themselves. It's a specific kind of energetics of this area or this level which restores the original frequency of the white spheres when they are here.
Okay, so they just go into contaminate states, suck up what they can, and then go back to their level of purify there?
Yes.
They don't do it on-site?
No.
Why not?
Because that is not possible. They cannot maintain their frequency while on-site. After all, absorbing these energies means another impurity. Which cannot be purified of its own accord in these other level, lower worlds. They must return to their so-called home. Only there can they take up energy again.
We once talked about there being countless white spheres on Earth, that they can mainly be found in forests, and that I think they also recharge in forests I believe.
Yes, that's correct, because this is where they find the least contaminated fields so that they can recharge there when on Earth. But if a big contamination has happened somewhere, they have to go to the subtle levels and remain there for a while before they return to the planetary level.
Ah, but that is quite different in terms of frequencies whether they work in the magnetic field of the Earth or only the ethereal?
Yes, as I said, they are not always only in their bubble of subtle matter, but they of course spend time in different localities and frequencies too.
The image I associate with this is of drops with absorbed dirty grains and then, as if in a washing machine, return to the subtle level to clean their ethereal Ether really?
Yes.
And they never change their shape in this process?
No.
Really? I don't shrink a little? They don't shrink a little?
No.
Okay. What about when they work on souls? I remember in Abidjan, where I first encountered the white spheres, and they explained to me that they prepare people when they go into these energetic operations. What exactly do they do?
You clean the fields in preparation for an operation to the point where this operation can be carried out in a deliberate manner. By the way, this happens with all rituals which you perform on Earth and on other planets. Whenever you call up an energy readiness and thus request and ask permission for a soul ritual, The White Spheres begin to feel this readiness and go into the energy field of this soul. There, they establish a certain connection through which they can communicate with the soul.
And then?
As soon as they know what the intention of the soul is, they help get the energy in all fields ready. Sometimes this happens via a very small cleansing, sometimes via protection, sometimes via a transformation. However, of course they cannot influence the core of the soul, and they can only work very finely in the force field. After all, souls cannot call the White Spheres to have all their contaminated spots cleansed. Unfortunately, it is not that simple.
Yes, I know. But there is at least a tool, and that is great. So whenever you achieve a state of readiness that says, I want to do ritual ABC, or I want to do meditation XYZ, the white spheres respond to the frequency of your readiness of I want and come in if necessary to support the whole thing.
Yes.
Great. And does this happen in the same way as with the localities by absorbing energies?
No. As said before, they cannot absorb negative fields from soul forces, but they can, as already mentioned, have an effect in other way: they can transform by making the soul force softer, as the person has already expressed a readiness, and they can carry out a purification of the environmental influences surrounding this soul force as well as create a certain protection which is necessary for the ritual.
That sounds a bit easier than having to transform a contaminated site.
Yes, if you want to look at it that way.
White spheres sometimes also form when a soul leaves a body and energy remnants remain in the body, right?
Right.
Determines this sometimes? What are the circumstances for this?
If a soul has a large force field and experiences a certain disturbance in the transition, it may happen that not the whole force field transitions with it, but a small part, but really only a very, very small part, remains in the body. Since energy never fades, this energetics of a powerful soul then becomes a white sphere. Since it is only very little energy, this smallest field without great consciousness moves into the Chi of the environment and turns into a white sphere if the energetics is pure enough.
I see, so this is only possible if the if there were pure souls. And since they don't have a soul core, this energy of course then also doesn't have so much consciousness. Are there any memories left?
No. It's really just a tiny, tiny remnant of an energy field.
And what happens if the rest is not pure?
Then this energy is released into the cosmos and finds a transformation of another kind.
So it doesn't necessarily have to become a white sphere just because it is a remnant, but an energy remnant can also simply pass into the sea of energy.
So is it—
it becomes part— yes, okay.
It becomes part of the big picture again, part of the chi that flows through everything, because it carries no memories and no other components of a soul.
But these are really very, very, very small energetics compared to a soul force. Yes, I remember that. Like, if you have 100% is the soul energy, so this should be like a milli, milli, milli, milli percent. No, mini percent. Like, really small to have so less consciousness that it's really fully different. And if they had more power, they would be soul fragments.
Exactly.
Yes, look, that's what I mean. And then they would go to another level, to another frequency because of their contamination, among other things. Yes. They would still carry consciousness.
Yes. As soon as consciousness is involved, as you would say so beautifully, other mechanisms take effect than if the energy is simply energy without carrying consciousness or information.
Yes, that is difficult to grab, to grasp. I would have thought that energy always carries consciousness and information.
Yes, but if there is so little of it in a mass of energy, then it can simply be reabsorbed and transformed by the mass surrounding it.
Yes. So you mean that if they are such small pieces, like really small, they can just go back into the great sea of energies without having much significance?
Significance, if you want to call it that way.
Yes, because the point is that energy has certain properties, and this particular energy is so weak or so minor or so small that it does not contain any real soul components or components of consciousness.
Yes.
And then it just goes into the sea of everything.
Exactly.
Okay, good, I got that. Do you have anything else you want to say about the White Spheres?
No.
So we end this chapter here, and I thank you very much, love.
Thank you, Sylvia Leifheitheit.
And whoever is interested in more can read in the book now a full added chapter here, a communication with the White Spheres happening in Abkhazia and written down in one of the books. Thank you for listening.
Love.
