In this solo Lion Leader Podcast episode, host Sylvie Croslard delivers a sermon‑style teaching titled “Fire for My Trumpets.” She expounds two biblical passages—2 Corinthians 6 and Ezekiel 33:1‑16—to illustrate the prophetic office of the watchman and the heavy accountability that accompanies it. Croslard argues that a watchman’s effectiveness hinges on a consecrated lifestyle: separation from worldly influences, continual prayer in the “secret place,” and purification by fire. She unpacks Paul’s call in 2 Cor 6 to live holy, un‑compromised lives, and Ezekiel’s warning that a watchman who fails to sound the trumpet bears the blood of the people. Throughout, she stresses the necessity of discernment, timely warning, and pure motives. The teaching culminates in a spoken impartation, inviting listeners to receive the “mantle of the Watchman,” accompanied by an anointing of oil and fire, and a call to become pure trumpets for the hour. The episode blends biblical exegesis, practical spiritual discipline, and charismatic invocation, aiming to equip ministers and believers with a framework for prophetic ministry grounded in holiness and divine empowerment.

Hello, welcome to the Lion Leader Podcast. I'm your host, Sylvie Croslard. Like, subscribe, and share this podcast. In today's episode, the word of God is "Fire for My Trumpets," and we'll look into the office of the watchman. Hello and welcome to, um, today's episode. So the title today is "Fire from My Trumpets," and we'll be looking at two Bible passages: 2 Corinthians 6 and Ezekiel 33:1-16. Now, the ministry of the watchman is an office which depends on prophetic revelation. It comes with heavy accountability about the delivered message, and a lot of this depends on the lifestyle of the watchman, because the prophetic message can be twisted if watchmen don't live consecrated lives, as when we are too worldly, we get exposed to demons, witchcraft, and anything that would pollute us as vessels for God. So let's go to 2 Corinthians chapter 6. I'm reading from the AMP, and we're looking at this whole chapter. The ministry committed, working together with them, we strongly urge you not to receive God's grace in vain. For He says, "At the acceptable time I listened to you, and I helped you on the day of salvation." Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation. We put no obstruction in anyone's path, so that the ministry will not be discredited, but we commend ourselves in every way as servants of God, in great endurance, in sufferings, in hardships, in distresses, in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in sleepless nights, in hunger, in purity and sincerity, in knowledge and spiritual insight, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy in the Spirit, in genuine love, 7 in speaking the word of truth in the power of God, by the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and for the left, 8 amid glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report, branded as deceivers and yet truthful, as unknown yet well known, 9 as dying yet we live, as punished yet not killed, as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet bestowing riches on many, as having nothing yet possessing all things. 10 We are speaking freely to you, Corinthians, And our heart is opened wide. There is no limit to our affection for you, but you are limited in your own affection. Now in the same way as of fair exchange—I am speaking as to children—open wide to us also. Do not be unequally bound together with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with lawlessness? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony can there be between Christ and Belial. Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God, just as God said, "I will dwell among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people." So come out from among the unbelievers and be separate, says the Lord, and do not touch what is unclean, and I will graciously receive you and welcome you. And I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. So here it's about having the lifestyle that leads us to sonship, to adoption. Let's go to Ezekiel 33, and we're looking at verses 1 to 16. The Watchman's Duty. And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, speak to the sons of your people And said to them, "If I bring a sword on the land, and the people of the land take one man from among them and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming on the land, and he blows the trumpet and warns the people, then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, and the sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning; his blood shall be on himself. But he who had taken warning But if he had taken warning, he would have saved his life. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any one of them, he is taken away because of his corruption of sin, but I will require his blood from the watchman's hand. Now as for you, son of man, I have made you watchman for the house of Israel; so you shall hear a message from my mouth and give them a warning from me. When I say to the wicked, "O wicked man, you will certainly die," and you do not you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man will die because of his sin, but I will require his blood from your hand. But if you, on your part, warn the wicked man to turn from his evil way, and he does not turn from his evil way, he will die in his sin, but you have saved your life. Now as for you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, 'Thus you have said: Truly our transgressions and our sins are on us, and we are rotting away because of them.' How then can we live?' Say to them: 'As I live,' says the Lord God, 'I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?' And you, son of man, say to the sons of your people: 'The righteousness of the righteous man will not save him in the day of his transgression; and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he will not stagger because of of it in the day he turns from his wickedness, whereas a righteous man would not be able to live because of his righteousness on the day when he commits sin. When I say to the righteous that he will most certainly live and he trusts in his righteousness and commits injustice, none of his righteous deeds will be remembered, but he will die for the injustice that he committed. 22 But when I say to the wicked, "You will certainly die," and he turns from his sin and practices that which is just and right, 23 if a wicked man returns a pledge paid back that he had taken by robbery, walks in the statutes which ensure life without committing injustice, he will certainly live; he will not die. 24 None of his sins that he has committed will be remembered against him; he has practiced that which is right, he will most certainly live. So there's much to say about lifestyle and accountability today, and remaining pure, remaining aligned with God, remaining obedient to God and His blueprint, because Ezekiel 33 is nothing but a blueprint. A way of life, how to handle this ministry of the watchman. It's heavy accountability, it's heavy on discernment of the times, of the seasons, heavy on how to deliver, whether to deliver a message, why to deliver a message, and the consequences of any of that. So time in the secret place is crucial in this ministry. One, to get the revelation. Two, to discern how to handle it. Um, the separation from the world is necessary because when we've been out and about in the world, we are bound to have caught some stuff. And we can't speak unless we've been cleansed, washed, or under the fire to burn what's got to get burned before we process something and speak it. That's for anybody. That is for anybody. Um, I would say that's not just for Watchmen, that's for anyone. The rule— that is your rule of life: do not speak unless you've prayed. Did you pray? Did you pray about talking about something that was heavy on your heart? Yes. No? If no, go back to the secret place, pray more, get on your knees, get on your face, find out. There are too many people falling casualty to people who spoke out of time, out of turn, out of wicked heart, wicked mind, wicked intentions. And who just have what I would call verbal diarrhea. We need to set a watch on our tongues because there is a responsibility, not just for the office, not just for the ministry of the Watchmen. Anybody, any member of a family has a duty to set a watch on their hearts and on their tongues, because of the heart comes out the message. So if you have a heart to hurt somebody, to retaliate, you'll speak something evil. If you've got a mind to get back at somebody, you will speak something evil. So you need to get processed first. You need to get back in the secret place, get cleansed Get under the fire and then pray about what to do about the message. I think the heavy thing there is that, you know, who the blood falls back on, whether the message is delivered or not delivered. So the Foreigner Trumpets is, it comes in line with this because we're not ourselves, we're vessels for Christ. We're all to represent Christ. Even as a— just as a father, as mother, we are to represent Him, and we just can't speak out of turn, out of wickedness, out of a bad heart or a bad mind. So if I look back to Ezekiel 33:5, "Who heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning, his blood shall be on himself; but if he had taken warning, he would have saved his life." And verse 6, "But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any one of them, he is taken away because of his corruption and sin." but that will require his blood from the watchman's hand. The watchman sees, he sees what's coming over nations, what's going to happen to nations, what's going to happen to regions, and his duty is to warn or to deliver them the message about how to prepare for what's coming. And if it's to use the sword, which is the Word of God, to pray against what's coming, if that is demonic. It's a heavy responsibility, but the Lord chooses His watchmen at this time, in this hour, and He is anointing people as watchmen. People will be faithful in the care of this duty, of this office. There is anointing coming to anybody under the sound of my voice. I release the mantle of the Watchman right now. Receive it. The mantle of the Watchman is coming on you. To anybody under the sound of my voice, Receive it now, in Jesus' name. And the Lord says, I will lead you and guide you into all the things that you need to cater for this mantle, to take good care of the duty, to take good care of the calling. So do not fear, child. For as this mantle is given unto you, so will the necessary fire for purity, the necessary fire for separation. Hey. I'm calling forth my Elijahs, my Elishas, my Ezekiels, my Daniels. My Jeremiah's, huh? Uncle and fourth man Nathan's, huh? And my Samuel's, huh? Mantles are falling on shoulders now. Mantles are falling on people now. Fresh oil, fresh oil, fresh oil. And as you receive this mantle, you will just know how to care for it. How to care for the office. There you are coming into— you will know how to get aligned, who to get aligned with, when to get aligned with them. Your purity sets you apart. Your purity is distinguishing— is distinguishing you from the rest, because a pure trumpet is needed in this hour. Pure trumpets are needed in this hour. Too much of the world, huh, pollutes trumpets. Too many cares pollute trumpets. The best way to care for a trumpet is to oil it. Sons, daughters, receiving oil, new consecration, a new sanctification. Notification. Hey, for the fire that's coming, we require this oil. And when the oil's got flies in it, oh, the fire won't come on it. Shay, where there are flies in the ointment, the fire won't come on it. Satan is the lord of the flies, and that's why we need to, to separate ourselves from the world, because he— Satan is in the world. Holy easy, holy easy, holy easy. Holy is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Holy is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Holy, sanctified is he who comes in the name of the Lord. And he gives clean hands and a pure heart. May the Lord bless you, keep you, make His face shine on you, be gracious to you. May the Lord turn His face towards you and give you peace. Bye for now.
