That over to the cheaper insurance carrier. Okay, well that mortgage protection that he went over you with it. It doesn't look like they went over the cheapest options with you. So I. Yeah.
Ye. Yeah.
Do you remember the form that you had mailed back us? With your age?
Right.
Why is that okay?
I've got diabetes.
Okay. Yeah, we got carriers.
Well no.
Well no, it shouldn't be that much. No, Well, we've got carriers that will. That's why I've got your form. So what I'll do is I'll take a peek at the carriers that will cover you and go over the options with you sometime tomorrow and that way. Yeah, that's fine. What time of day works good for you? That's okay. You put between 10am and 6pm on this form. What time of day works good for you? Tomorrow.
Between 10 and 6.
Okay.
Would you be okay, you know, something come up? If not, then we get discussed.
Okay.
I talked to a guy that says they put main contact, but that's Margo Marco. I'm not sure.
Okay.
And he couldn't really, for all practical purposes I could save money a lot faster than I could pay down.
I got you. But that's why I was calling you is because the agents that have called you previously, there's other insurance carriers that take you for a cheaper premium. That's what I do at the end and see. Yeah. And if I can help you, I'll help you. If not, then I'll just close it out. It's not a big deal.
You can find out whatever you want.
Okay. Okay. Yeah, I'll call you at 10. Do you want to write down my name so that way you know who I am when I call you back. Yes sir. And it's Deanna. D E A. Okay, Richard, give you a call at 10 and we'll go over this.
Okay, thank you.
Okay. Have a blessed evening.
Thank you.
Uh huh. Bye. Bye. All right, wait a minute.
You start with the 70 year olds first.
I do, they're my favorite. The 80, like 80 year olds and 70 year olds. 60s, 50s, 40s and then I go down. That's just me folks.
The mindset of a millionaire, million dollar earner. Think about that for a minute. How many of you went. Why would she call the old folks first?
Well.
This guy is expected to spend $1,000 a month. She's going to come in 500 and save him all kinds of money.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll let you know how it goes. This one's your numbers. I'm Making notes here that I need to call back and I need to text. So on the ones that did not answer, and then I'll just put a certain pile over here. This is Penny.
Hello?
Hey, Penny.
Yes.
Hey, Penny, this is Deanna Cooper. I was giving you a really quick call regarding your First United bank and Trust loan.
Yes, I started call today. I am not. My daughter is taking care of that.
Well, no, the reason why I was calling you is because I'm the person that's just going to make sure that you replace with the cheaper insurance carrier.
That, you know, I don't really know what Melissa decided to do.
Oh, yeah, yeah. If you can, could I give you my number and could you have her give me a call? Because if not, I'd be the one that could move you guys over something a little bit more cheaper. So not to do a whole. You know what I'm saying? Not to have you buy additional. I'm just making sure that you've got the cheapest one, that's all.
All right, so this is your Diana Cooper.
D E A N N A D N A. Ma'.
Am. Deanna.
Yes, ma'.
Am.
All right.
Okay.
Deanna Cooper.
Yes.
And this is about. This is about the mortgage insurance.
Yeah. Do you remember that form that you had sent back that that agent had previously talked to you about? Yes, that's why I'm following up on that. Just to make sure you replaced with the cheapest insurance for you, that's all.
All right. Okay. And what Is your number?
5. When she calls me back, Melissa, if you could have her call me after six tonight or in the morning and then that way I'll check everything and if you guys are with the cheapest one, you're good to go. If not, I can help you. I will try.
Jasmine. I'll probably capture. He is looking at his house right now.
That's okay. All righty. Thank you, honey. Have a good evening, ma'.
Am.
Bye.
Bye.
And then I also double dial and then I'll send a text. So if you don't pick up now, I'll send a text when I'm done this evening.
Go ahead.
Hi, Ms. McCoy. Yeah, hey, Ms. McCoy, this is Deanna Cooper. I was giving you and Jerry a call regarding your Ohio Valley Federal Credit Union Loan.
Yeah.
Do you guys remember a few months ago that agent had talked to you and went over that mortgage protection with you guys? Do you remember a couple months ago about the insurance at the payoff if something happened to you guys?
Yeah.
Okay, so I'm just The person that has been assigned just to go over to make sure that they went over the cheapest insurance carrier and placed you with the cheaper insurance carrier, that's all.
You mean from the credit agent or is it from.
Yeah, it was the agent that went over, it's probably a couple months ago that talked to you about the insurance if something happened to you or if you guys got sick or couldn't work or anything like that. Do you remember that? It was on the phone. They did it over the phone.
Yeah. And I told the gentleman I talked to, I told him I wasn't interested because he was giving me. She would tell me one thing. The next time he'd tell me something different.
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. That's why it got dropped down to me. Because it doesn't look like they went over the cheaper insurance carrier with you. So what? Out of the.
I honestly, I was very upset with you.
Do you remember his name or you don't?
I honestly, I am not interested.
Okay.
Just because like I say, I was just very upset with him. We were done.
Right. But he's not like he's not with us with our company. So that's why I was calling you. If you want, if you want me just, and I, I can't do it until tomorrow, but I can just go over and tell you what it would cost with these carriers and then if it's something you want help, I can help you and Jerry, if not, then I can close it out. But it's going to be probably half the price that I can tell you.
That is a lot better than what you tell on me. But I, I, we will not be available tomorrow evening. So I have to Monday next week.
Okay. Do you kind of know what time of day though works for you guys?
Ms. McCoy, any time for me would be Everybody would be anytime after six.
Okay. Okay. Would you be okay if I gave you Paul if we could do about 6:30 next Monday?
Yeah, that should be better.
Okay.
Can you get a pen just so you can write down my name and number? Because I don't want you to think I'm that other guy calling you.
Okay. Yeah. Because I was very upset by the time I just clicked things.
I can imagine.
Yeah.
So you left the bad taste in your mouth.
Oh, very.
Okay.
All righty.
Okay. My name is Deanna. D E A N N A.
Okay.
And my last name is Cooper.
Okay.
And my number. Alrighty. So usually I don't like booking that far out, but they're bonus leads and the way she's Upset. She's probably not gonna talk to anybody else anyway besides me. So I went ahead and just booked it. It's not gonna hurt. Cause she didn't want to talk to me at all until I kinda like tried to smooth her over a little bit, so. But normally I don't book out that far. But she's one of the ones that I'm not worried about anybody stealing it. Deanna, can I just. Deanna, can I just say that 98% of the agents or more would have given up on that or the lady that said you're the third call today. And I think what we're seeing is we are seeing the difference between Deanna Cooper and frankly, all the rest of us. Thank you, Russie. Nobody's cussed me out yet, so I'm doing good. Those are your favorite ones, aren't they?
Yes.
Yeah. Oh, very.
I'm sitting here just tickled to death that she's getting these. I'm like, I was hoping she wouldn't get a bunch of lay downs.
They've not been laid out, everybody. I'm telling you. What's his name, Richard, that I'm calling tomorrow, he's gonna be a true.
Yeah, well, there's gold. Somebody said there's golden in their heels. And I'm telling you folks, she's been on the phone now for about 20 minutes and do you see what she's. And she's calling $3 leads off that are bonus leads that are anywhere from 60 days old to a year, year and a half old. I'm not kidding.
And I mixed them up. I'm glad you didn't tell me which ones are old and because. And which ones it would mess. Well, it messed with me psychologically. So when I would buy all these seedlings, I would just shuffle them up and talk to them that way. I didn't have a preconceived notion of, you know, oh God, you're old.
You know, that is such a great point, folks. And I really want to help everybody understand for whatever reason, the industry has put value, greater value on 30 to 60, 60 to 90 and anything 90 mil. For some reason there's greater value on the younger leads. And I'm telling you, 24 years of experience, you're going to close 5 to 10% with any lead over 30 days old. It doesn't matter what changes. Here's what changes and I'll let you get back to it. What changes from a 30 to 60 day lead versus a one year old lead is why they don't buy are. You understand, you understand that statement? The reason the difference between a two month old lead and a one year old lead is the reasons they don't buy like their phone's been disconnected. They don't, they don't, you know, or they're getting sick.
The 30.
The younger ones are because they're sick and tired of talking insurance agents, which I'm actually flabbergasted that you called somebody that said that three people have called her today or yesterday. Yeah, that's very, very strange because these are older leads and I, that, that blows my mind actually, because that's not typically what you're going to get off of these bonus leads. But the point is, is what Deanna's doing, you all, you all understand the bonus leads. Everybody on here, I'm assuming is with Equis. So the power of these bonus leads is these are leads that were not purchased by the Equus agent. New. New. They were a leads for a different imo. Not mentioning any names, but if you go by the leads, you can look on the letter and it'll tell you what IMO is. There's a code at the top right hand corner.
Yeah, I see it. And I like, I love that code.
Yes, yes, yes, yes. And that's why she can confidently give the script that she's given.
Yeah. Because I know we can find something cheaper. You know, and every blue mill, depending on their health, if they got the cheapest thing, you know, leave it go. Because at the end of the day, that's what we're here to do. You know, you don't want to move them just because you're gonna get a sale. You want to move them if it's gonna be a better fit for them and save them money or give them, you know, better benefits or whatever.
Okay. Hey, I got her to commit to an hour, so I'm gonna let her get back to work.
Hi, I'm Ms. McCoy, this is Linda. Linda, this is Deanna Trooper. I was giving you and Bruce a call about your Flagstar loan.
Yes.
Do you remember a couple months ago you guys had talked to the agent regarding that mortgage protection on the phone?
Yeah. Okay.
The insurance had to pay off if something happened to you guys. Okay. So it doesn't look like on our end that you were placed or discussed with the cheaper insurance carrier. So what my job would be to do is just to go over that. It's just not a good time right now. Oh, no, no, no, no. Not today. I was seeing how you guys. Because you said evenings on this form. That's the only reason why I'm calling you now. How is your evening tomorrow or Thursday? You can text Thursday. Now when you say evenings on here, what is a good time for you?
Probably about.
Seven.
Okay.
That's not too late for you guys.
Nah.
Okay, and then Linda got your name and Bruce, do you want to write down my name so you know who to be looking for on Thursday or where you remember? Hold on just a minute, I'll type in my setting.
Okay.
Okay, it's D. Anna, Linda. D, E, A, N, N, A. And last name is Cooper. Hey, John, can you hear me? Okay, John, my name is Deanna Cooper. I was calling you about your movement mortgage loan.
Okay.
Do you remember a couple months ago the agent went over that mortgage protection with you on the same one, I think. Okay. It doesn't look like that you have been placed or discussed with the cheaper insurance. So what my main job is to do is to go over that with you to make sure you replace with the cheaper insurance carrier.
So.
Yeah, and I just realized you said call between 9 and 11, so sorry about that. How is your schedule tomorrow morning so I can go over it super quick with you? Okay, now what between 9 and 11? Can I give you a call between 9 and 9:30 or is that too early?
Yeah, that's fine.
Okay. Are you driving?
Yeah.
Okay, I'm gonna have you write down my name and number. My name is Deanna. And I'll call you tomorrow real quick and it will be from this number. And I'll call you at 9:30. Pull up the super quick with you.
Okay, that's fine.
Alrighty sir. And I'll give you a call between 9 and 9:30. Just give me that little window. Alrighty, sir, have a good evening. Okay, thank you. Bye. Bye.
I'm just gonna say it. We've proven tonight in less than an hour you have no excuse not to be making money.
Exactly. It took me a minute. It took me a minute to figure it out. Cause at first they were being, you know, mean and yelling and I'm like. It's because they keep hearing the exact same sales script and they're tired of it. So that's why I just talk to them like I'm just calling like my neighbor or something, you know what I mean? Because when you start doing that exact same script that 10 other agents have been doing for the past month, that's why they get mad. And at the end of the day I'm gonna, you know, help them the same way the other agent did. But when you start hearing that exact same script and they're like, here it goes again. So I was like, I'm changing it all and just letting them know in layman's terms that I'm here to make sure you're placed with the cheaper insurance carrier. If you are, we're done. If not, I'll help you. And you're okay with that? Hey, Nancy. Yes. Hey, Nancy, this is Deanna Cooper. I was giving you a quick call regarding your people's bank loan. Yeah. Do you remember a couple months ago the agent had spoke to you and it was regarding that mortgage protection? I'm done. Yes, I know. That's why I'm calling. Because it doesn't look like you were placed with a cheaper insurance carrier. So what my job is to do is to make sure it is. And if it's not, then I can go ahead and move it over for you. But I was calling you now because you didn't put a time on this paper. Do you know when would be a good time of day for you? Tomorrow for a few moments. Okay.
How about like two?
Would you be okay at 2:30? Or is it. Or is that two? Yeah, because I have. Yep. I have one at two. Okay. Are you driving?
No.
Are you able to write down my name and number or will you remember? Okay, it said Deanna Cooper. Yes. Okay. Sometimes it comes up my husband's name and I just want to make sure. Okay. And then I'll give you a call tomorrow at 2:30 and it will be from this number. And I'll check, check everything out for you. And if we can move it over to something cheaper, that's what I'll do.
Okay, thank you.
Okay. Thank you, Nancy.
Have a good day, ma'.
Am.
Thanks.
Bye.
Hey, this is Deanna Cooper. I was giving you a call regarding your mortgage pros loan. Mr. Woodrow. Yeah. Do you remember several months ago that agent talked to you regarding the mortgage protection on the phone? Do you remember that?
That. Yeah, I.
Okay.
So that's why I'm following up with you, Woodrow. Because it doesn't look like that you were placed with the cheaper insurance carrier. So that's what I'm going to help you with. But I. I need to know tomorrow. Do you know when is a good time of day that you'll be home? That way I can give you a. Okay, now I don't have a two. Can you do a little bit later in the afternoon or I can call you later on this evening. What would work better for you this evening or tomorrow afternoon, sir.
Tomorrow.
Okay. If you can give me around 3:30, would that be okay? Okay. And then we'll go ahead and take care of this and get you moved to a cheaper insurance carrier for you. Okay.
Okay. What's that on?
Well, that's the. That's gonna be for the mortgage protection. Did they. Yeah. He didn't send you the stuff in the mail. But are you. Are you paying though? And you just didn't get your information in the mail? What happened?
Do you remember?
Right. But you didn't get anything in the mail?
No.
Okay. Oh, he didn't.
Okay.
Yeah. So that's probably why. Did he. He needs to get the information from you, like your health and medication and stuff. But the issue that probably would have came up then is we've got the cheaper insurance carrier for this. So I'll go over that with you and we'll take care of that tomorrow. Okay. Now, are you going to remember my number? Because I don't want you to hang.
Up on me again.
You hung up on me.
Oh, you did?
Oh, I was saying, hey, Mr. Woodrow, it's Deanna. And then you just hung up on me. I said, oh, my gosh, you hung up on me. But I'll call you tomorrow at 3:30. Do you want to write down my name and number so that way you know it's me?
No, I'm out the dog draw.
$317. Okay.
And I'll give you a call around 3:30 and it's the answer.
Okay.
Thank you, Mr. Woodrow. You have a good evening. Okay. Bye. Bye. I'm probably not gonna book another one between him because I have a good feeling about him. So it's just. I just get to that point where I kind of know where I'm gonna book closer together or I feel like I need to spread them out a little bit.
Yeah.
Hey, Ms. Mary. Hey, this is Deanna Cooper. I was giving you a call regarding your Mortgage Pro loan. Ma', Am.
Not Mortgage Pro Loan.
Yeah. Do you remember you had sent that form back regarding the mortgage protection and that agent had went over it with.
You on the phone? Yeah.
Okay, so I have it because it looks like the cheaper insurance carrier was it discuss with you. So what my main job is to do is to go over that to make sure. And you did not put a best time to call on here. So I was calling to see if you knew what would be a good time of day for you, Miss Mary. Like sometime tomorrow or Thursday.
Those are kind of bad for me. How long would it take?
Maybe 15 or 20 minutes, Ms. Mary, but it depends on like how many questions you know that you would have.
So.
Do you remember the insurance where you put your age and you mailed back into the insurance payoff if something happened to you death wise or if you got sick or something like that and then the agent talked to you on the phone?
Yeah, but I found I was not a subject order.
Well, did he tell you why you were denied? All I know is that they didn't go over the cheaper insurance carrier with you. Do you kind of know why you were denied? Like is it medication or is it like a health issue or what is it?
I don't know.
Okay. Okay. Well you fill your list of medications, right Ms. Mary?
Yeah.
Okay, so let's pick a time and go over that and then see because the thing is the agent that calls you, they we don't have the exact same insurance care. So sometimes they don't know which ones to place you with. So I'll just go over that and see because this seems to be like a recurrent thing that people are like I'm declined or they said I was too old or whatnot. Do you work or do you work? Or when is a good time of day?
That's the thing. I work Wednesday. Thursday I left.
Okay, and are you working this evening? Okay, now I can call you back this evening. I just don't, I don't know what's late for you. I just don't have anything open until like between like 7 or 8. I can call you then or I can give you a call later on in the week if you're up.
I'll call you back later on in the week of you better cause when I'm there.
Okay, okay. And that's important, Ms. Mary. And that's important. Trust me. You're only 65. What you mean at your age?
I'm 66.
Oh, you were 65 at this time though when you sent this back to us. I know, I know, but don't. Yeah, what day do you want to do that laugh? Oh, well there you go. See? What, what, what day do you think works good? Well Thursday or Friday work better or.
Thursday and Friday? Thursday and Friday I don't get up to like 10. 11 o' clock again. I.
Okay, are you work Saturday? Let's do Saturday then. What time do you think works for you Saturday.
In the afternoon because I was nearly.
Okay, is about 1pm okay or do you need to do a little bit later? Okay, three. Okay. Do you Want to write down my name and number so that way you know who's calling and what number to be looking out. For.
Some reason it came up on my phone. Is it Deanna Cooper?
Yes, ma'. Am.
Okay. Well, yeah, it came up on my phone. Some people that call their names pop up even if they not in my directory.
Okay.
And some don't, but yours did. You must have an Android.
Okay, No, I actually have an iPhone. Yeah, maybe. All right, so good. You know, I'm not a telemarketer or a scam call, so that means you'll pick up. That's good.
Yeah, that's why I keep stuff in, because the name pops up.
Okay. All right, Miss Mary, I will give you a call Saturday at 3pm and then I'll. Before we talk, I'll scan you this foreman that you had sent back to. Okay, I'll text you the form before we talk on Saturday that you sent back when I talk to you. The form that you filled out. Mail bath.
Okay.
Okay. Alrighty, ma', am, have a blessed evening. I'll call you Saturday.
Okay.
Okay, bye. Bye. Ms. Mayor. That was a year old. Ms. Hillard? Yeah, hey, this is Deanna Cooper. I was giving you employee a call regarding your Indiana members loan, ma'.
Am. Yeah, what about it?
Do you remember a couple days ago, I mean a couple months ago that agent had talked to y' all regarding your mortgage protection?
We already got that. Honey, we got this years ago.
Well, that's why I was giving you guys a call.
Yeah, why do you.
Because I'm the follow up field underwriter and it doesn't look like that you guys were placed with the cheaper insurance carrier. So I would be the one that would look that over. And if so, then I could place you with the cheaper insurance carrier. That's the only reason why I was reaching out.
Okay. Okay. If you find a cheaper carrier, I know you need any more than what.
I have, I got you. Yes, ma'.
Am.
Ms. Hillary, here's my question. I can't call you back and go over this with you until tomorrow or Wednesday. Do you know what would be a good time for you and Mr. Floyd?
Well, Floyd has stage four cancer. So you know, it's just on you. Yeah. So whenever you call, probably be okay.
Okay. Is the evenings better for you guys or.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that would probably work better anyway. Yeah.
Okay. Could I give you guys a call tomorrow between 7 and 7:30? Is that okay?
It sounds good.
All right, Ms. Hillard. And it'll be from this number so that way, you know, it's okay to pick up.
Okay. Okay. And I'll recognize that.
Yes, ma'.
Am.
And I'll call you tomorrow between 7 and 7:30.
All right, thank you. Okay.
Have a blessed day, ma'. Am. Sure. Bye.
Bye.
Bye. Bye. That took a better turn than I thought. After. Did you hear. Say, what do you want a couple minutes?
So how many?
I booked nine.
She booked nine appointments in an hour and a half off of year old leads.
Yes.
Here's what I can tell you. Very few of those leads she got are less than a year old.
Yeah, that was the only one. When she said that, I was like, oh, here we go.
And she just got a hold of the lady, but when she heard cheaper price, she changed her tone.
She did.
Her tongue changed.
Don't sit here thinking, well, I couldn't do what she did.
Yes, you can.
Absolutely. Just takes practice and it just takes that mindset.
The mindset, it's nothing but a mindset, folks. It's. She's skilled, she's. But it's a mindset. And her mindset is I've got to help this person. I need to. I need to get him to calm down. And I get it.
I need.
And that's what she did. That's all she did. She got her to calm down. She stayed. She's saying, true. She stayed in control. She didn't. In other words, it's a mindset.
Just.
It's all it is, folks.
There's always something on that one phone call. There's always that something on that one dial session. There's always something on that you miss.
Literally could be the difference of you.
Like hitting the leak producer or making a sale.
Sam.
