A short multi-speaker excerpt from the "Fight to Ignite Episode 2 Sneak Peek" (uploaded by Tanya Hughes) focused on business ownership and mindset. Speakers stress that ownership—of passion, responsibility, and results—is essential (framed around the term “212”), describe involving family and a support team to get tasks done, and emphasize intentional daily preparation and productivity habits (one speaker reports being ~80% more productive over a 90-day period when intentional).

Over the next 90 days.
About 80% more productive.
The only way to 212 is ownership. It's taking ownership, solid ownership. Ownership of your passion to own up and take. Ownership of your responsibility, of your success. It's the only way you're gonna make it.
There is a backbone and a team to lean on to get things done with. And it doesn't happen for everybody the same way. But delay doesn't mean to die. And it becomes. I made it a family effort. I've got teenagers in the house, and my wife and I've showed them how to just put it out on an envelope. And, you know, we have a mail party.
Business ownership is more mindset than it is process. Right process to be able to be successful. But if you don't have the mindset to be successful, it doesn't matter what you have for process. Control your attitude, you control your preparation, you control your effort. Business. And you've got goals that are similar to mine and similar to time is get on the phone with us, talk with us. We can absolutely tell you how to make it happen faster than we made it happen, because we know the mistakes that we've made. A smart man learns from his own mistakes, but a truly wise man learns from the mistakes of others. Nothing is going to move your business faster than having an honest conversation with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses. And take that weakest weakness and make it a strength. Over the next 90 days, when I decided I was going to be intentional about what my tomorrow looked like, I was at least 80% more productive that day than I was, than I was when I didn't do that. Be the agent that you want to have. Go sit out with your mom. What do you want them to do? You don't want them playing games on their cell phone or, you know, listening to country music in between appointments. You would want them to be on Bill's webinar in between appointments. When you get in the car, pour yourself into it, right? That's what we're talking about with 212.
There's always something on that one phone call. There's always that something on that one dial session. There's always something on that you miss. Literally can be the difference of you, like hitting the leak producer or making a sale.
