That interesting that they started it with the fact that respect was the first thing in the mission statement, that that was the main focus all the way to Albert Einstein. He said, I speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university first live. So I went on to them, it's not Equus. It's not Tanya and Michael. However long it takes, I'm not gonna give up this time. I know that I can do it. I know that I can be successful, and I know that I can make Ms. T. You're proud of me. Also.
Highlight it in the last two years. Highlight the two in the last 12 months. Highlight those so they're quick to find. When you're in the home, you can just see it and go, oh. And you go, yep, you know what? And I just told them right in the beginning, guys, I'm a brand new agent. I had no idea what I was doing. I had questions, questionable ones. Go and look on that underwriting guide, man. When I was brand new in the home, I would tell my clients, like, listen, you know what? I want to make sure I'm doing the best thing for you, so I'm going to check this underwriting guide just to double check and make sure that we're doing the best thing for you. Most people aren't going to open up to you until you kind of tell them a little bit about who you are. You got to lay your cards on the table before they're going to lay their cards back out on the table. Right? You got to be willing to trust them so that they will also trust you still telling them, listen, I need you to tell me everything. I need you to be very honest and transparent with me so I can do my best for you. I'm not the judge. I'm not the person that's going to say no. I'm the person that's trying to get you something for your family. So tell me everything and let me decide what's most important. It's important because they're going to do a prescription check on you and they're going to see everything. Medications, have they taken or filled in the last seven to 10 years. For any of you guys who are brand new agents, I was just going to call and show you how to do a risk assessment analysis sheet, and we're going to tell you what to write, right? So this is. We're teaching you how to fish so you can fish for a lifetime.
There's always something on that one phone call. There's always is that something on that one dial session as always something on that you miss literally can be the difference of you like hitting other producer or making a sale.
