This is a short transcript excerpt from the YouTube video "Fight to Ignite Episode 6 Sneak Peak" (created by Tanya Hughes). Multiple speakers discuss service-oriented careers, leadership (leading from the front), and the power of giving people opportunities to change their lives. A repeated testimonial describes a woman named Deanna who moved from a $38,000/year public-safety job to running a business that paid all expenses and left $170,000, and who later made nearly $600,000 in a year. The group emphasizes legacy, coaching/teaching, and impact (the starfish anecdote) and mentions the organization Equus as a home for service.

You picked up a starfish and tossed it back, and you said, I made a difference to that. For us, that's where this all starts and stops. Right? It's how many lives can we change with what we go out and do?
