The guy, like, man, I'm so sorry. My wife had been in the hospital. She was having a. You know, we lost our baby. I mean, I was like, that was the minute that it all turned for me. And I was like, I will never get upset just because I get no showed without just sending a message to him. So sorry that you can make your appointment. When's a better time that we can get you rescheduled? And you know what? You'd be surprised. There's. Life is going on for people. Emergencies happening, happen. And yes, it's frustrating. It's so frustrating sometimes to set a lot of appointments that get no showed a lot. But remember to always treat them with respect. Remember to always love them, remember to always care about them. Hey, like, I had a lady and she said, I'm so sorry. My daughter had stroke. She's 42 years old. She had a stroke. I'm in the hospital with her. I didn't mean to. I didn't want to. I said, no, your family comes first. I understand that. Like, let's just, you know, is there anything I can do? I can. Of course I'll pray for her, you know, like, very care, like, truly, that's who I am. You know, I understand that's hard, right? This, you know, we don't want this to wait too long, but you need to take care of your family first. And once you. Once that gets done, let me just touch base in a week and let's just see what we can do, and then we'll figure out a time that works for you because I know this is important to you, and I may not be on the phone, I may be texting, and then we'll be like, I'm so sorry. Thanks so so much for being understanding and appreciate. So just remember, sometimes those no shows, it's not because they're trying to be mean, because they. When they get busy, things come up, emergencies happen. And I think it's important that we always remember not to take it personal. Like, you know what I mean? Because you don't know what's going on in their lives. You know, you just don't. You know, I mean, I'll be honest. When our daughter all of a sudden had, you know, I'm sitting in the office and they came in and we're going to the emergency room, And I was in the middle of an appointment, and, you know, and I had all these. I left all my appointments to the office. I didn't have them with me. And I said, I'm so sorry. I never stand people up. But this is what happened. And, like, oh, we're so glad. Thanks for reaching out, you know, like, they were, you know, I want to be treated you to treat people the way you want to be treated. I can't stress enough that we get no showed. What you do during that time when you get no showed is what matters. Like, are you calling those appointments? Are you still setting more appointments? Is a no show an excuse to set another appointment to find another family to help? Or is a no show an excuse to feel sorry for yourself and go look on Facebook or go talk to your buddy or go. I mean, sure, if you need to, call your mentor. Man, this is really frustrating. Get off your chest. But, like, give yourself five minutes, not five hours. Like, hey, you got five minutes. Like, I mean, I've watered up sheets of paper, throw them out the wall before. You know what I mean? Like, I get frustrated, but get it out and then move on. That's the key.
