Basically, if someone's saying to you, I'm not interested, I've already taken care of it. Oh, you've taken care of it. Well, that's great. What exactly did you get? Did you. Did someone contact you? Did you take out a policy? You know, I just need to close out your file. So how did you take care of it? You know, and I. Then I let them answer. The key in saying that is you have to make sure that you're confident in what you say and you don't back down. You agree, A.C. you agree, confirm, answer, close. Right? So you agree with them. Great. You already got some coverage in place. Now, who did you get that coverage through? You know, did someone come out to your house? What insurance company? You know, because my job is just to close out your file, so I need to make sure that you've got, you know, you've got this taken care of, so you know, it's. And basically, once you agree with them, you confirm it. Right. Okay. So you got an Americo policy, and we know it was with, you know, the practice company. So they've got. They've got an America policy. Great. So I just need to close out your file so you don't get any more phone calls. Would you have five minutes this evening around between 6 and 6:30 that you and your spouse would both be home so I can close out your file? You know, I always make sure that, you know, agree, confirm, answer, close. You know, once they throw up an objection, we get paralyzed by the objection. But you have to agree with the objection, confirm the objection, answer the objection, and then close. So, Ashlyn, what would you say if they say, I'm not interested, I've already taken care of it.
I say, great, what do you know what company you got it taken care of with? It might be one of the. It might be one of my companies. My job is to make sure you got the best plan for you. Anything that fits you and your family's budget the best. Well, I don't know. Okay, well, when are you available for me to call? And I don't consider that an appointment, but when are you available for me to call you and just make sure you got it taken care of the right way? And nine times out of 10, they didn't because there's other agents out there who definitely do not do its best for the client. And so they didn't. And then you end up finding out that they thought they had 300,000. They have 30. So I always review it. Always, always review it. If they let you. Sometimes they won't move on.
