Alright guys, hey, let's talk leads at the end of the day. You know, like I've said before on these videos, we are paid by the insurance companies to distribute product and how can we do that most efficiently and consistently? What we found is leads is a great way to do that. So a fresh batch of leads every week is what the doctor ordered to be consistent and to be able to go out there and help families every single week. Because like I said, that is our job. That's what we've been tasked to do, is distribute these products, help families. And the insurance companies are going to deposit that money and get us paid so we can pay our bills. One of the great ways that, one of the main ways that we do that is through the Integrity Lead center. So I've got the Equis dashboard up. Lead center is over here on the left hand side and you'll see Integrity. Right below that is Lead Center. So click on Lead Center. This opens up the Lead center window. We'll go up to the top right here. Click login. Now the first time that you get here, you're going to need to sign up right down here, right? So you click that sign up button. You need your NPN number, your email address and then you create your password. They'll get you logged in. So that's how you do that. I'm going to log in with Tanya's account. Nobody write down this number. Okay? That's Tanya's NPN number. If anybody wants to know what that is. Okay, then put in your password and here we are. Okay. One of the things that you can do is you can automate and save. So what that is is you can toggle that over and then as leads come in, they'll automatically come to you. You get, you know, you save a percentage of the leads to do that. We're not going to cover that right now. Just simply to go over what these products are. One of the. So first thing you want to do is select Life products here and then the two that you're going to toggle between are direct mail and exclusive. Mostly you're going to be in direct mail right now. Once you're in exclusive you're going to those. That's when you're going to be putting in lead orders and getting those brand new fresh alias. But we want to be able to show you the different lead catego that you have to be able to have access to and go out. And this map is interactive. You can, you know, zoom in, zoom out, heat map so you can See where a lot of the leads are, right in these. In these red areas. But let's just scroll down and see the different kind of lead sources, right? These brand new, fresh A leads, as you can see, 83 bucks a piece. You want to be able to know that your percentages and your closing ratios are where they need to be before you start on those $80 leads. But let's take a look at really, these mortgage protection mailers. These are. This is where we want to be when we're instant purchasing. That's what we call these instant purchasing, right? You can see two to nine dollars. You know, really, the $2 leads, these things. So if you want to know how old they are, what this lead is, you can click on this button and it tells you, right? And so these leads are leads that are less than 180 days old and really, you know, can't go wrong, right. With those at $9 a piece, you know, I'd always recommend somewhere around 50 leads to get started. It gives you enough people to talk to, to be able to set a handful of appointments and to be able to get started. What you don't want to do is put yourself in a category where all I can, all I can afford is 10 leads. Because now you're not giving yourself enough, really enough people to call to keep the activity up, to be able to learn the process. And so if money's tight, you know, get down there and get some $2 leads. But more is better, especially the first couple of weeks, because you've got to learn the lessons anyway. And so if there's a question, tear down one so you can get more leads and give yourself more chances to have conversations with people, to learn how to have these conversations and get it going. So, like I said, quick overview on lead center and how to go about purchasing leads and getting started.
