A real estate investor plans to flip two commercial properties this year, mixed-use and office buildings in the corridor between his location and Washington, D.C. He's looking for partners with commercial deal experience to capitalize on vacant structures in the area.
So I see a lot of opportunity in commercial right now. I'm sure where you live you see a lot of empty buildings. Um, so I'm looking for partners that may have some, may have some experience, but I'm looking to flip 2 commercial real estate deals this year. I don't know.
What does it— what does that mean? What does that look like? So explain that to me. When you say flip 2 commercial properties this year, what comes to your mind? What kind of properties and what would you do to fix them up and sell them again at a profit?
Well, so I don't live that far from Washington, D.C., about 2 hours from me. And I noticed that between here and there, there is a lot of commercial mixed-use And office buildings, they, you know, that are for sale.
