Ready. Well, we want to thank you, TC, for, uh, a sale that went through that was unbelievably fast, but you were thorough, attentive, and we really appreciate everything you've done for us in the last 10, 12 years and finding us a place to live, whether it be rentals, showing us homes, putting up with my craziness. Um, we really appreciate the job that you did, and if you are looking for a realtor, we totally I totally recommend TC Cooksley. She did so good for us. Thank you.
