Ambition without a calendar sucks. Here's what I mean by that. So often as business owners, we have all these goals. We have these things that we need to get done, we have these priorities, we have these tasks, and we don't make progress on it. The number one reason that people don't make progress on those key things is because they haven't blocked time on their calendar to get them done. When I'm working with one of my coaching clients and they're complaining because they haven't hit their goals, they haven't moved the needle, the first thing I say to them is, show me your calendar. If it's a priority, it should live on your calendar. So my challenge for you today is, is there something that you didn't get done in Q1 that you know you should have made progress on, but you just haven't? If so, put time on your calendar to get it done, to make sure that you finish it up this month or this quarter so you don't turn around in December and you're still realizing you haven't made any progress on it.
