The sitting down and setting goals for a lot of people is actually really overwhelming. I'm looking at sales, I'm looking at marketing and operations, and I've got to build my team and I've got to look at my pricing and I've got to look at my website and I've got copy that I'm worrying about. You start thinking about what are those things that I should be doing that are going to drive the business forward? It becomes super overwhelming. And so what we tend to do is default back to just working in the business on those things where we're comfortable.
