Let's talk about the concept of collaborative selling. How is that different from the opposite of that? Collaborative selling isn't about you being the one that tells your buyer what they need to do. Instead, it's more about getting inside your buyer's head. It's more about understanding how do they look at risk. Some people, they look at risk in terms of, you know, how much money could I potentially lose or how much money could I potentially gain in this situation, and what are the different factors there? So it's using discovery and open ended and sequential questions to get our buyers to share more information about what they think and what they want a solution to look like for themselves. And so collaborative selling is really based on collaborating with our buyers to come up with unique solutions for their problems that are compelling to them, and it also helps them to lower their risk.
