A lot of times when we think of what's in it for them, you know, our mind goes to the easy answer of if I don't have a lead to give them, then they don't want to give me a lead. But I think the brilliance in it is, well, no, we don't have a lead for them, but we're going to increase the probability that their clients get pushed through and get approved. That's right. So it's not necessarily an apples to apples like lead for lead symbiosis to the relationship. There's other ways that we can help and I think sometimes we've got to get out of break that mold or that idea that it's gotta be a tit for tat. There's other ways that we can add value and that doesn't just hold true for bankers. There's things with I love the EOS implementers or coaches that might be out there.
