A lot of times we overemphasize the importance of pretty reports and fancy reports with the best graphs and the pie charts and all the things that look great. That's really not what our clients are paying for. We want it to look professional, no doubt. But I always go back to the clients are paying for the perspective, not the charts. If you're spending time trying to make a better pie chart or graph or something like that, I want to challenge you. Like, is this the thing that's really going to drive your business forward or make for a more impactful transformation for your clients, or does it make you feel better about yourself?
