My challenge for you all today is I want you to start being more purposeful around your leadership and leadership development going into next year. Even with all the busyness, we still have this enormous opportunity to serve basically every single day. Whether that opportunity to serve is through direct client communications or social media posts, family and friends and peers, that opportunity is available to us every single day and it's important. I think when we get to the point that we serve well, we all know, at least in theory, that really can impact mindsets of other people. It can shift behavior patterns of other people. When we get really good at it, it shapes families, it shapes dreams of other people for the future. Especially for us in the numbers nerds fractional CFO world, I think it's doubly true because we don't just touch the mindset stuff with our audience, we touch the bank account stuff with our audience too. When you take that responsibility of service, you have to start caring about leadership and developing as a leader.
