I think upwork's a great way to fill in that immediate need when you're trying to get your firm off the ground. Because there are people in there that are raising their hands and saying, I know what CFO work is, I know what accounting work is, and I know that I need it, and I'm willing to pay for it. That's almost the easiest sell you're going to ever make. It's where people are raising their hand and saying, someone take my money.
