No one likes tracking time. I don't think anybody enjoys that exercise. It will help you as you grow and start adding people to your team to know what to expect from other people. And typically, however long it takes you, you can add like 30 to 50% to what it'll take somebody else. No one's ever going to work as fast as you are or the same way you do, but you'll at least have some kind of barometer to say, why is this taking you 60 hours a month? I was getting it done in eight. There's a gap. There's a process, procedure, system. Are you spending too much time? It'll give you a great barometer to help you manage FE people better later.
