But if we clearly know why it's important and why it's linked to the quality of life or the improvement of my firm, then you get the motivation to actually do it. If it doesn't fit your why, then stop doing it. I think that's the most important thing. So determining what's important and how does that fit into the grand scheme of things. Your goals, your aspir, all of that. That gives you the motivation to say, good, let's do this.
