Edward MacLean leads a practice session combining vocal chanting, choreographed arm and leg movements, and metaphysical concepts. He teaches phonetic sequences like "Elfen lied" and "Elfenbein" paired with specific body positions across three stages, from hand movements to full leg work. MacLean frames the practice as exploring body-morphing and tissue regrowth through visualization of a soul image inspired by the character Alpha Mai.

All right, start with basic E. L, F, E, N. L, I, E, B. Do 4 Fs of this. E, L, F, E, N. L-I-E-E. 3. E-L-F-E-N. I-E-E. All right, now opening our legs up to a neutral position, we'll start working through our relative primes. We'll do 4 reps. E-L-F-E-N. F, E, N, L, I, E, D, E, L, F, E, N, L, I, E, D, That's 2. E-L-F-E-N-L-I-E-D. That's 3. E-L-F-E-N-L-I-E-D. E, D, that's 4. So now we'll come into our— now we'll come into our prime capitals. 4 sets of this. E, L, F, E, N. L-I-E-D. One. E-L-F-E-N. Sorry. E-L-F-E-N. L-I-E-D. That's two. E, L, F, E, N, L, I, E, D. That's 3. E, L, F, E, N, L, I, E, D. That's 4. Then we have elfen, leid, 1. Elfen, leid, 2. Elfen, leid, 3. Elfen, leid, 4. Elfenbein 1. Elfenbein 2. Elfenbein 3. Elfenbein 4. Elfenbein 1. Elfen, lion, 2. Elfen, lion, 3. Elfen, lion, 4. Okay, so that's all the hand and arm positions. We're gonna take a water break. Yeah, yeah, we can, we get that. Yeah, so I say The Body of Holy Water, uh, first stage is learning your hands and your primes. Second stage is those relatives I just gave you. So let's say first stage is E-L-F-E-N-L-I-E-D. E-L-F-E-N-L-I-E-D. That's first stage. And then second stage is going to be E-L-F-E-N-L-I-E-D. En, el, i, e, d, as well as elfin, lyed, elfin, lyed, and elfin, lyed. So that's, that's second stage. So first stage is hands and relative primes. Second stage is the— or sorry, hands and relative capitals. Second stage is prime capitals plus the 3 relative positionings we have, or the 3 armband definitions we have. And then stage— or third stage is going to be completing that with the legs. And then Victory Island is— we might try to freestyle a bit, we'll see. I got some ideas. So that's where we're at. So I am— yeah, I'm going to rest in A1 to grab some water and weed. Why do we like Alpha Lion? It feels like the final form of muscle training is the ability to break down and regrow the tissue on command. And with this idea of body morphing and Shalom's patterning in our mind, seems like figuring out how Alpha Mai is able to materialize her soul is the kind of is the goal. They also said that her soul image is the closest to what they feel. Uh, yeah. So I wanted to talk a little bit about the kind of different styles of moving through these positions I was showing you. In the beginning, I was doing what I would call like reading or practicing or reciting, which is just, you know, you take the signs you know, "elfin," "lae," and then you run them through at just like a normal pace. And then there's what I call teching, which is like you really take your time in between positions, but you try to move to the next one as fast as possible. Siamo con legs. We're going to start with the relative capitals, then we'll move into prime capitals. I'll grab a sip of water and then we'll start doing the arm bed positions. Um, I'm pretty sure I know all the leg positions for the arms. Yeah, this This is lights, this is hard, and this is bless. Yeah, we got them all. What do you hope to get out of this? Uh, either some sort of regrowth factor or some better visualization of our soul image as we can like project extra arms, you know? It's like my soul is holding this love on both sides right now, and I can throw up love and war at the same time in my soul. It's like there. So it's like some sort of like greater connection to that, I think. Almost certain no one's actually trying to hurt us because we don't want to go anywhere. Yeah, these are mostly mental prison guards that are from past lives. Okay, so the relative capitals start with their E. E, L, F. E, N, L, I, E, E, E, L, F, E, N, L, I, E, D, 2, E, L, F, E, N, L, I, E, D, that's 3, E, L, F, E, N, L-I-E-D. That's 4. That's fun work. Alright, and now for the prime capitals. So that's E, right? L, F, E, M, L, I, E, D. That's one. L, F, E, M, L, I, E, D. Q. E, L, F, E, N, L, I, E, D. That's 3. E, L. F, D, N, L, I, E, D. Okay, so get to the Alright, I call it the first arm bed position, first arm bed set. I'll open my second Second arm bed set. Dolphin. Bhai. Notice this one? It's a forward line. No, actually, that would be— yeah, it would be our siren. Okay, the forward line would be right here. Yeah, you try that. Yeah, we're tired. Um, okay, so we got to start there. So, el pen de Bless B. Okay, so that would be, um, we're at E. So my left foot, trying to touch that E forward. Yeah, so this would be L, L, N. Help. Yeah, let's go. Yeah, yeah. Help. M. Y. Eve. I. E. Help. N, Y, E, L, M, Y, E. Alright, so here we have L, then L, lai.
