If you want to give more, you have to be more. You have to become a better person. Almost my entire personal development journey was predicated on the fact that I knew that I could help more people if I would just become more. So I looked at myself and I said, how can I be the example? Because if somebody needs to be led out of somewhere, then I have to prove that it can be done. I have to become more. Yeah, there's, there's already greatness in me, infinite value. God put that in us. But I can be working on my character. Working on my integrity, working on my honesty. I can be more. There's room for me to grow here. And my whole process was built on the fact of what? I was so comfortable with my fallibility. I was so comfortable that I was a novice. I was so comfortable that I didn't have all the answers because I knew that if I stayed in that space, I could have a growth mindset and I could continue to grow.
