Hey, so this is just a healthy reminder to everyone that regardless of what's going on in your day today, right now, you always have the power to change it. Okay? And that can be done by changing the way you're perceiving the problems in your life. A lot of times we think that the problems in our life are the problems, when in fact the problem is actually the way that we're perceiving the problems in our life. It's the way we're looking at the problem. We're looking at the problem with a fixed mindset. We're looking at the problem as though it's happening to us and not for us. We're not seeing the growth that we can extract from the situation, or we're having an irrational perception or negative beliefs about the situation. So you're always in control of this, right? Always remembering to go back to the Cognitive Triangle: thoughts influence feelings, feelings influence behaviors, and behaviors influence thoughts. Trying to control anything other than those 3 things in your life is a form of insanity. So always remember that The only way you can truly control situations is with your own mind. And it's your mind. Why is your mind controlling you? Get control of your mind. Change the way you're looking at the situation. Alter your perception. It will alter how you're, you're feeling about it and put you back in the driver's seat of your emotions and your own mind, your thought process, and allow you to face the problems in your life with courage, strength, fortitude, and a positive mental attitude.
