When you're not a trustworthy person, you can't trust anybody else. You develop a mindset of skepticism, pessimism, cynicism, and criticism, and you start to look at everybody else as though they have ulterior motives and as though their actions are going to create consequences for you that are going to hurt you. Stop giving people power over your life like that. Do you realize, like, people are actually out there doing amazing things, but you can't believe it because of the way that you live your life? And guess what? I'm speaking from experience because I was that guy. I knew the capacity, I knew the capability of my darkness, and so I constantly projected that out into the world. Oh, this person's just trying to do this. Oh, this person only just wants that. With no evidence to support it. None. But I projected a negative narrative and made assumptions about what other people were doing and what they were intending to do based on the reality of how I lived my life, about how I took advantage of people, about how I hurt people, about how I seized opportunities, about how I was selfish and only in it for myself. And because I wasn't trustworthy, I couldn't trust Anyone. Then I had to look in the mirror one day and realize you're only hurting yourself. All of your maladaptive, self-destructive behaviors, Tim, guess what? It only backfired on you. Because all of that, all of that created a mindset where the darkness that you feed into, the darkness that you walk into, the darkness that you live in becomes a filter and a lens that blinds you from the love, from the help, from the resources, from the tools, from the pathway, from the truth, and from the opportunity. Can you imagine right now, actually imagine this, that I'm actually walking and I'm actually out here making this video for no other reason other than to help you? Because I was you and I was lost and I needed this message. But I never heard it. So brother, check it out. People actually do things for a good reason, and that reason doesn't always involve taking advantage of you. It's not all about you, brother. And when it is all about you, it's not always negative. Sometimes it's about you, and no matter how dark, and no matter how, how disturbed, and no matter how negative you live your life, There are positive people out there that are still putting out their hand to help you. So stop biting the hand that feeds you.
