What I found in my over decade of work in clinical counseling and working with men to help save their marriage and redeem their dignity and experience their true power, get that real shift in their identity, is that tools have to be readily accessible. That's why with all the clients I work with, we engage in the app that we created for the clients. So all of the cognitive strategies are available in the app. All the communication skills are available in the app. We have a community chat in there where we all get in there, we all support each other. People are getting breakthroughs in the program daily. We have nightly groups that we do inside the program where I teach from my curriculum. We talk about the real— we— I help you guys understand human behavior, psychology, neuroscience, relationships. See, guys, all you need is to empower yourself with the right information. And what I found is that what keeps people stuck is the fact that they just don't have the right information. They don't have awareness. And without awareness, you can't make choices. And without choices, you can't change, right? You keep going back to the same behavior because you don't have anything to implement or replace it with. What can you substitute the behavior you're currently using with if you haven't learned anything? But amazing when you start learning new tools and you start applying these into your life. You start developing emotional intelligence, physical intelligence. You improve your self-worth. You start looking inside yourself. You drop your ego. You work on your mindset. You work on your spiritual identity. You align yourself with the will of God. You get in alignment with your thoughts, your emotions, your behaviors, the words you say. That's what this is all about. It's about implementation. It's about experience, because experience changes the brain. If you want to help somebody change, you need to help them change change their brain. You have all these neural pathways that you've been creating from all these habits that you've been engaging in. So you need to take the path of most resistance. You need to learn how to face where you feel the resistance, face where you feel the pain, face where you feel the fear, face where you feel the discomfort. That's how you're going to change. Your growth isn't coming in, in the comfort zone of your life. Your growth is coming through friction, through the difficulty. But see, that gives you everything, and it gives you the confidence on the other side of that that you can then translate. That has a high exchange rate because you can take that into other areas of your life, like your business, networking, improving on the marketing strategy, being a better father, being a better leader, being a better Being a better leader in the workplace for your employees, being the example, doing what is difficult physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally. That's why I tell guys all the time, I don't want to work with anybody. I like to work with guys who want to get challenged, who want to step up to the next level, and who want to discover the greatness that they have inside of them. I tell you guys all this time, Greatness is in you because greatness made you. So why don't you have a relationship with that greatness? Why? Because you're procrastinating on it, and you wait till it's DEF CON 2. You wait till it's the final hour before you make that decision, and sometimes it's too late. So you're gonna keep putting that off, or you're gonna pull the trigger? Because let me ask you, what do you have to lose? What do you truly have to lose by investing in yourself? And let's flip that around. What do you have to truly lose? Like, what could you truly lose by staying where you're at?
