So many guys are ready to throw in the towel on their marriage, and they don't even realize they're so much closer than they think. You know, a lot of times you're stuck in this place where you've exhausted all of your strategies and you become fatigued. And see, when you're a high performer and you're used to solving problems, but you've exhausted a strategy, you get to the point where you just want to give up because you get frustrated. And that frustration turns to bitterness and resentment And what happens is you stay in a place of just almost passive aggression where you don't want to take action and you're waiting for your wife to do something instead. But here's the deal. The reality is, is that you've been using your wife's emotional reactions to your strategy as evidence of whether or not your strategy is right or wrong. One more time, stop looking to your wife's reaction to your strategy to support whether or not it's the right or wrong strategy. And let me ask you this: if you lived your life where all you did was focus on how your wife felt, would that even be genuine? I would need to ask you why you're even doing this, because all you're going to do is just learn to placate and please another person and manipulate them into thinking and feeling the way you want to. And then what happens? You just become a master manipulator more than you already were. So is this about getting your wife back by telling her the right thing, or is this about a strategy that puts you in the driver's seat? Makes you fully aware, puts you in the place where you realize that nobody's more capable of solving your marital issues than you. You know your wife better than anybody, and you care about your marriage more than any other counselor, therapist, or anyone else. The beautiful part in your life is you'll be able to realize that even if you were to get divorced, you would still come out on top. You would still come out winning. Why? Because you come out a better man with a clear conscience, knowing you did everything you could to save it. And knowing that why the marriage didn't work out, and knowing, taking all that wisdom, all that knowledge, all that experience, all that, all that insight, and deploying that into your future and preparing for whatever God has for you next. So my question is, why would you want to lose? Why would you want to have a strategy that causes you to just look at your wife and look at how she reacts? Your wife's emotions are up and down on a daily basis right now. This divorce has put your wife in an emotional spiral. So why would you be looking to her? You know what she wants you to do? Do something for yourself for once. Actually work on you. Not just work on you so she can be happy. Not just work on you to get her off your back. Not just work on you to show her that you're working on you. No, to actually work on you because you believe in you. Work on you so you can change. You can get aligned with some powerful individuals in your life. There is power in proximity, bro. The best coaches in the world have coaches stepping into a system, into a brotherhood, into a place in your life where you can get some growth, you could get ministered to, you could get healed, and you could, you could find some powerful men, some powerful tools, a powerful system that can help you become the 2.0 version of you that God created you to be. How is there any other option?
