I was just talking to a client. I asked him, I said, you know, paint me the vision. You know, what do you really want, right? You join the Total Breakthrough Academy, it ends up changing your life. You end up getting a massive breakthrough. We excavate, we engineer, you emerge as a new version of yourself. You shift your identity, you redeem your dignity, you experience your true power. Paint the vision for me. And he said, Tim, I'm so lost. He said, I just want to stop this pain. I just want to stop this pain right now that I'm in. And I said, bro, I can relate with that more than you could know. And he said, it's so hard for me right now to try and think about where I could be because I'm so stuck in where I'm at right now. I can't see beyond these walls that I'm imprisoned by right now. And I said to him, Think about it, brother. I said, you're believing in your past more than you're believing in your future. You can't paint the vision for your future because you just are so stuck in believing that this is where you're at permanently. And I can tell you right now from experience that every other man that I've ever talked to in your position has been there too. And then what ends up happening is they put in the work, they commit, and through the consistency and through the effort, they become less reliant on the external, and they start to find true power within themselves. Power and confidence. See, power— I've always said power is not a position. Power is an emotion. It's an experience. Controlling your thoughts, controlling your emotions, dialing in your daily habits. And it's— what do we want? It's like, Tim, I just want to walk in my house and feel like I'm valued, like I'm wanted there. I want to be able to make the people around me happy this holiday season. I want to be able to just put a smile on everybody's face and give everybody the greatest gift I could ever give them, which is a better version of me. But I'm so stuck in this experience of believing that this is all there is, and this pain, I've become so familiar with it, I don't know what my life would be like without it. And so I escape into my business, I escape into other behaviors as a way to distract myself and avoid what I'm really feeling, what I'm really going through. Brother, I want to let you know, like, there comes a day in every man's life where he has really two choices. Continue to be aware of the problems that you need to solve and don't take action. So choose to live in a pain and make that your reality for the rest of your life, or make a decision to push through the pain, go directly into it, go directly into what scares you, experience courage and experience true freedom and become fortified through the experience and become a better man as a result of it. Because here's the deal, man. Regardless of whether or not it works out in whatever situation you're dealing with, don't you want to be able to know that you faced it instead of avoided it?
