Uncover Your Blind Spots

Tim Arrigo describes four assessment domains that reveal blind spots: attachment patterns, emotional intelligence, early life impact, and resilience profile. He argues most external problems stem from internal issues, so his Beyond Driven Total Breakthrough Academy offers tactical coaching and weekly group calls to help men break generational cycles and become what he calls a new creation in Christ.

Without awareness, you can't see it. And without language, you can't explain it. So you have blind spots in your life because you need to reveal your reality. And that's the very first thing we do when you enter the Beyond Driven's Total Breakthrough Academy. We reveal your reality in 4 key domains. The first one is your attachment. We look at your attachment in 4 relationships: your relationship with your mother, your relationship with your father, your relationship with strangers, and your relationship with your wife. Then we look at your emotional intelligence. We look at motivation, we look at empathy, we look at social skills, we look at relationship management. Your emotional intelligence will truly define how you view and experience other people's experience. Your ability to have x-ray vision, to see beneath the surface, to the real core issue. Also, we look at your early life impact, your Eli. We look at what— how your early life has been impacted by specific events that have shaped and molded the way that you view the world around you, the way that you view relationships, other people, belief systems that you hold, self-talk, themes and patterns inside your life that you may not be conscious and aware of. And then the last area is your resilience profile, how resilient you actually are as a human with the coping mechanisms that you have, your stress management skills, also your support system and your mindset. You have blind spots in your life because you're looking into the external and you're thinking that you have a myriad of different problems. You're thinking, oh, I have this problem and that problem, and when in reality You don't have external problems, you have internal ones. That's why external solutions can't solve the internal problem. That's why just going to counseling, marriage counseling, therapy, just talking about the problem doesn't allow you to solve it. You have to get tactical, you have to get granular, you have to get into the, the real fine-tuning of those 4 key areas of your life. And as you do that, we begin to measure those things. We We measure you, we study your progress, we help give you feedback to implement in those key areas. As you get the coaching, as you get the group calls, we're spending 5 to 6 hours a week with you as you get realigned with the true vision of what God has for you in your life, as you become a new creation in Christ, reborn through a new relationship with him. See, God is always doing new things in old people, and if you want to reveal your reality You have to open up your mind and you have to be willing to sacrifice everything you are right now for everything you will become. Right now you're stuck, you're struggling. It's like you can't see the problem because you have blind spots and they're internal. You gotta shine a light on that stuff. And it takes a very heroic, very courageous man to be able to do that. Takes bravery. It takes honor. It takes valor to look inside yourself. To be brutally honest about the stuck points that you have. But don't ever be embarrassed about where you're at. Don't ever be embarrassed by your story, brother. The fact that you're taking action to change it is something you should be proud of. You should be proud of, because that's the fertile ground, that's the area to learn and grow, and that's the place where you find mission, vision, and you find a purpose greater than you that you can then pass down to the man behind you. And that's what the Academy is about. It's about passing the torch to the man behind you. It's about breaking generational cycles. It's about setting a new foundation, creating a new standard. And it's about elevating to another level in terms of who you can become and who you truly are in Christ as a man. Come join us on this journey. Come join us. Come join us. We're waiting for you, man.
