Tim Arrigo argues that pride isn't ego but self-rejection, and that you're enough because God made you a co-heir with Christ. Before fixing relationships, he says, you need to accept your divine worth. The real question: what will it take for you to actually believe it?

I'm living in a fantasy. I'm not living in a reality. And I'm living under assumptions that I can fix the inside from the outside. It wouldn't matter how much your wife loved you or any of those things. If she was with you today, she showed you respect, it wouldn't matter if she stopped talking to this gentleman. None of that matters. What matters is that you stop sending yourself a message that you're not enough. And let me tell you right now, you are enough, but you have to decide that you're enough. You were created by the creator of the universe. And listen to me, sometimes we think pride, right, is thinking more of myself than other people. But you know what pride actually always is, also is? Pride is also thinking less of yourself. You're basically saying, hey, you know what, God, I'm not going to listen to who you say I am. I'm going to listen to what I think I am. And I'm actually less than who you called me to be. That's pride. Pride is thinking less of yourself as well. Because you're saying that I know better than God what my worth and value is. In your future, there is somebody out there right now that is dying to be in a relationship with you. But the problem is there is work inside of you that needs to take place. Because even if you weren't with your wife today, and even if this marriage ended today, if you were to enter another relationship without doing that work to know that you're enough, I guarantee you're going to enter the same exact dynamic. Of course. Of course. Yeah, brother. So it's not about who— it's not about getting it in the external, it's about feeling it internally. So let me ask you this before we wrap this: what is it going to take for you to know that you're enough? What is it going to take for you to know that you're a co-heir with Christ, you're a child of God, that you have infinite value, infinite potential, that God has a purpose and a plan for your life and it's not to make you suffer? What is it going to take for you to know that you're enough?
