Your Worth Is Limitless

Tim Arrigo, a clinician at Total Breakthrough Academy, tells men that feeling inadequate is actually a form of pride that contradicts God's declaration of their worth. He connects low self-worth to lack of discipline and integrity, and argues the real problem is an inability to receive love, not give it.

After working in the clinical field for over 10 years and working with thousands of clients after that inside the Total Breakthrough Academy, what I can tell you is this, is that men who are lost, feeling broken and alone in their experience, we all, we all carry this same belief that keeps us there, and it's the belief that we are not enough. And all the men that I've worked with, thousands of guys, they all carry the same belief when they come to us, that they are not enough. My brother, you are more than enough. You are more than a conqueror. And your self-worth is never dependent on how people treat you, how they feel about you, or what's happened in your life. Look at what you've already survived right now. Take a look. Take a look at what you've already been through watching this video right now. Just take a look. Take inventory of who you are. You're more than a conqueror, and I'm going to call it out right now. God says you're more than enough. Here's the reality: if you believe that you are not enough, then that is pride. That's right, that's pride. Pride isn't always thinking more of yourself than others. Pride can be thinking less of yourself, because guess what? You're basically saying to yourself that you know better than God what you're worth. You know better than God your worth and value on this earth, on this planet. My brother, there are people that love you, that care about you, that need you in their life. That's why the hardest conversation I had to have with myself was the one where I finally looked in the mirror and I said Your lack of discipline, your lack of personal development, the vices, the self-sabotaging behavior, the lack of integrity is truly disrespectful to the people that love you, Tim, because they expect the best version of you. You don't expect that version of yourself. Why? Because I felt like I wasn't enough. And see, we overcompensate for feeling like we're not enough by trying to achieve and attain and acquire but it's like a bucket with holes. You got to do the deeper work. You got to do archaeology to get into the core of your heart. See, if you're anything like me, your heart has gotten hardened over the years. You put on walls and skins and masks and hides as a way to protect yourself, to guard yourself, to survive. And while these things were a smart move at one point, they They helped you survive, helped you achieve, helped you attain, helped you climb that ladder. They become the hill that you die on inside relationships. Because when you don't feel like you're enough, it's not that you can't give love. I mean, you and I both know you could take the shirt off your back for somebody. You're a good man with a big heart. That's why this is causing so much pain for you, because you want to help other people. You wanna be of service. You want to be in a position to help others, but you know that that requires you to help you first. Question is, why don't you ask for it when people are literally waiting to help you, getting a sense of purpose from it? Think about how you feel when you help somebody else. Makes you feel amazing, right? Well, why are you the only person that's allowed to feel good? Shouldn't other people be allowed to help you? See, when you operate with low self-worth, like you're not enough, it's not that you can't give love, it's that you can't receive it. And that was one of the biggest realizations I ever had. Biggest aha moments was that I couldn't receive love, that I couldn't take it in. Rushing off compliments, not really connecting to the love that was available for me. It was like chasing it out in the world. And not even realizing it was right in front of my face inside my house. Bro, wake up to the reality that you got people in your life that love you. They love you, and they think that you're enough. They think that you're worth it. They think that you deserve it. So the question is, why don't you? And how much longer are you going to allow these lies to infiltrate your mind and take over your life and sabotage everything beautiful that God gave you. You're more than a conqueror, brother. You are enough. Listen to me. Listen to my voice. You are enough right now. Right now, you're more than enough. But you got to believe that. You got to feel that in your heart, and you got to do the work that's required to get there. You want to come join us on this journey and discover that truth that you're more than enough? Right here waiting, man.
