So here you are cheating on your spouse, cheating on your spouse because you're broken on the inside, cheating because your fear, your fear of commitment, your lack of integrity, your pleasure chasing, the things that you do in secret that you want nobody to know about, that, that feeling that, that it's like a layer of film and filth on you. That even every, every shower that you take after you cheat, it can't wash it off. And it's like a drug. It's like a rush. And it's, it's really negative excitement, negative stimulation. So check it out. A new set of private parts isn't going to fix your problems. And I'm going to say this, you also do it for the validation. You're like a bucket with holes. No matter how many other people that you cheat on, no matter how much sex and validation you get, it's never enough. And here's the sad part, it's not actually validation, it's confirmation. Confirmation that you're broken and that the person you're cheating with is also broken too. Because anyone who's willing to engage in an affair with somebody else knowing that they're in a relationship is doing the same thing you're doing. So it's not validation, and they have misaligned morals and integrity just like you do. So you, you, you cheat because a lot of times it's like your safety net. It makes you think that it prevents you from getting hurt. It's that barrier between you and your willingness to go all in in a relationship. Do yourself and the person you're with a favor and just end it. Just end the relationship. Because anyone who's willing to be with you in that state is not living at their full potential. So if your cheating is based on sex, which it always is, and your relationship lacks real intimacy, communication, and connection, then whose fault is that? You only point the finger and you try to justify why it's okay to cheat because you look at your spouse's behavior as some sort of a justification for you to sabotage the relationship and live a life without integrity and out of alignment. Here's an undeniable, undebatable fact: anyone willing to compromise their integrity for some instant gratification and some— for some perceived validation is not successful. Is not successful. I don't care how much cars, how many— how much money you have in the bank. I don't care what you have. They're not successful. They're broken on the inside.
