I saw a fascinating example the other day of the use of. I don't know whether it was Apple Vision Pro or Meta Quest Goggles, but they had patients in a hospital who were absolutely unable to get out of bed or off the ward, and they were paddling kayaks through a canyon just using either. Just very light movements with a hand controller. Another one had an exercise hand bike on their lap, but they were just taking small amounts of movement and seeing something that was completely outside of the realms of the hospital.
