A musical director with 40 years of experience tests AI tools that analyze conducting gestures and teaching methods. He calls the capability stunning for giving private feedback on how a conductor affects their choir and audience.
You've just given me a wow moment, but you won't know why. I've been involved as a musical director of choirs for, as you know, 40 odd years, and I've been involved in musical director training. The wow moment is about being able to analyze what musical directors are doing in front of their choirs and being able to help them in ways they can understand. Because at the moment, you go on a course and you get told all these things and you get videos, but actually being able to do it in the privacy of your own home. Yeah. To have that interface with a system that can help you understand what you're doing here and the effect it has on the 40 or 50 people in front of you and the audience behind you is actually pretty stunning.
