AI note-takers like Fireflies beat manual note-taking because they capture everything while letting you stay present in the meeting. You can maintain eye contact and actually listen instead of scrambling to write things down.
Using things like Fireflies as an AI note-taker and transcripts for meetings is his goal, that every business should be using note-takers. Even if you're really good at taking notes, you can't beat a physical record of a meeting. Yeah, it's great because it aggregates so much more data than you can possibly capture. And for me personally, I know that the reason why I have an AI note-taker in meetings, or even if I just had transcripts, it doesn't have to be AI-powered, just transcripts, because I'm really bad at writing notes. I like to talk and I gesture and I'm engaged with the meeting and I like to look people in the eye. I don't want to be doing this sort of thing.
