Change management is challenging at the best of times, isn't it?
Yeah.
You used to do it this way, now we need you to do it this way. Oh, now, actually, it's got to change again. It just doesn't make any sense.
And with our remit of volunteers and staff that do have additional needs themselves, that's really overwhelming. We're definitely in a stage of change. Fatigue is how I would word it. Things are definitely looking up. And now that we can reiterate to staff, no, we are staying with HubSpot, but we did have to tell staff because there had to be a conversation of how are we going to raise another £70,000. That isn't in the business plan, it's not in the budget.
