So other than the obvious and almost ever present challenge of funds and fundraising, what are the other challenges that you have within the business?
So, predominantly, we've got a lot of volunteers, so over 300 volunteers. From that perspective, obviously, we're relying on people to donate their time to us, which can be quite challenging if you're planning on expansion and things like that. We're a very, very small staff team. Most of the staff work sort of four to six hours a week around having disabled children themselves. We also have a lot of staff with needs themselves, so we're very flexible in the terms of working and do just. If we didn't have our volunteers, we literally could not survive.
