A speaker argues that companies must evolve how they work to survive. By embracing change, businesses can become safer, greener, and better employers, offering higher-quality roles despite the ethical challenges ahead.
The future of work is. Is confusing. I'm. I don't know what it's going to look like, but I also know that if I. If I start to embrace that in my business and my team of people embrace that, as we evolve the way we work, they too will develop, they will evolve and I will, you know, we will be able to create a business which gives fundamentally fantastic employment to people, because ultimately that's. That's my vision as a business for flagship. We support companies to be safer, to be greener, to be greater, to be greater employers, and enabling them to perform better will improve the quality of the roles they then offer to people. And I think, ethically, yes, I understand that there is a bit of a challenge, but there's no stopping this. So we need to find a way to work well with it and people need to embrace it and to evolve with it and work well with it. So it's tricky, but that's essential. How that is evolution. That's how life goes.
