Or they would say, right, here's the script you're going to take people through. Here's the stuff that the cops do. This is how you combat it, you know, if you go out to. So we used to. It was always cat and mouse. It's like the constant evolution of tactics and at first they were coming to the old people's house themselves so the old people would ring us up and they'd say I've had this cop, he's coming around to collect five grand, it seems a bit weird and we'd go. So we'd go to the person's house, we'd sit there having a cup of tea and a chat and then the doorbell would ring and we'd open and we'd go hello mate, you're nicked. Exactly.
