Yeah, I'll go back to the the call recording and note taking. That's just you we were, we were allowing our staff 15 to 20 minutes after a long call to, to sit down and make their note while they don't have to do it.
It's fascinating to me anybody that thinks that documenting and writing minutes of meetings is still has value add.
Yeah.
It just utterly bewilders me because the AIs do a better job.
It's been and we haven't rolled it out fully yet, but we will be doing but it's where we've trialed it. It's been the biggest efficiency measure that we've ever had in the business.
