Tim Davies asks about AI's impact on children. The respondent is cautiously optimistic that AI will keep kids safer and simplify their lives, but warns the job market will change drastically as AI takes over human tasks in the next decade.
At the same time as artificial life is on the cusp of being introduced. What are your thoughts about the impact of artificial intelligence on the youngsters that we're bringing into the world?
Hoping it's going to be a positive one. Hoping that it's going to keep them safe and help keep them safe. Hoping that people don't use it for the wrong things and hoping that it will help change their world and make their world easy. The job market, I imagine, will completely change in a few years when AI gets going. It'll be really interesting to see how, how the world looks in 10 years time when people have got computers doing things that humans used to do.
