Tim Davies discusses whether specialist agents like website builders and copywriters can replace in-house teams. A human manager still needs to define quality and approve work, but the model works well for small businesses that can't afford full internal teams.
Could you have a specialist agent that was specializing in building websites, a specialist that was copywriting, a specialist that was designing graphics? And actually all of those roles that you've described are just agents within an organization?
I think that's a possible scenario. Obviously, I'd have to see what that fits. But that still fits with my model in the sense that you still have the manager that is defining what good looks like and is defining the overall strategy and activity, and.
Then it's signing off on all of the content before it goes out. So human is still in the loop.
Exactly. And I think that's a great way for smaller businesses to compete because rather than having a team of 10 internal specialists, you know, that are doing all these tasks, you look at the big companies that have, you know, fully rounded out marketing teams, they might have 10, 15, 20 people that are performing specialist roles.
