Short excerpt from a YouTube discussion about the saturation of AI/software tools and difficulty choosing among many similar options. Speaker A notes many copycat products and that it's hard to pick the best tool; Speaker B argues for a better evaluation process to assess new open-source repositories, AI capabilities, and software products.

I mean, the saturation of things that you can play with is really high, so it's really tough to pick out one. And a lot of the times you see lots of very similar ones, and it's tough to differentiate which is the best one, what's the best tool that you want to play with that can actually help you. So I think nowadays in software in general, there's lots of copycats in Eno. Some do some things better than the others, so it's hard to pick out the best ones.
We need a better process for that, don't we? Because I think we see some new repositories coming out that are open source that we could play with. We see some new AI capabilities, we see some new software products, and it's then just going, okay, well, here's a list of all the things that are cool. Who wants to play with that cool thing.
