Tim Davies discusses how China, America, Europe, and the UK are competing in AI development and what that means for global laws. The conversation covers how different countries are approaching AI governance and the risks that come with the race to build better systems.
It looks like there is a full on AI. It's a dangerous use of language, but arms race between China and America.

And the UK is too small to matter in the bigger scheme of things.
I think it's two choices for them. And I hear you loud. I hope they take it. Because it's either that or they have a scenario like what happened recently with the CEO being shot. You know, we don't want things to go bad and then people have to stand up and think that they're acting for the good. Do you get what I mean? So it's a situation where they have an opportunity now to get it right. But I don't know, like, his precedent may not me might not be on that side of them getting it right.
