So how much of your view of artificial intelligence changed over the past two years? Dramatically. Always saw it. I never quite knew the impact of what artificial intelligence could do or would do. My perception understanding came from television representation. And, yeah, not quite that diverse, but news bulletins, things of that nature. AI is being used here. AI is being used there. What is it? Why is it being used? How is it being used? I couldn't quite see an opening or anything that could really work for us. So the change has been very much okay, now, what else can I get it to do in the business? And that's definitely been the forethought of my mind, is what else can we get to improve our situation without taking away the personality of the business?
