A short YouTube monologue (spoken by Tim Davies) reflecting on entrepreneurship and personal development. The speaker describes feeling "unemployable" after years building a business, emphasizes doing work you enjoy, evolving roles as the business grows, delegating tasks you dislike, and learning about yourself through that process.

So when are you going to grow up and get a proper job? Yeah. Right. What I've realized is that I'm probably unemployable now, having spent. Spent the last several years growing and building the business and kind of. I think the beauty of being an entrepreneur is that you get to do the stuff you enjoy doing. Right. So you sort of build it and your role will evolve as you grow the business and you build it and you do different stuff and you kind of work out what you enjoy and what you don't enjoy. And then the stuff you don't enjoy, you bring people in who are better at it than you to do it, and you get to carry on doing the stuff you really enjoy. And you learn loads of good stuff about yourself as you develop and grow.
