to the vision that I had. And, and Tina Corner Stolz, the founder of LX Council, actually helped me form this vision because she was running 10 groups at her peak. So I really love that, and I quizzed her, and that's one of the reasons for my success. Not only with that, Tina's been a great coach and mentor, and having somebody that has walked the path is really helpful. So I had this vision to do as to have multiple groups. And because of that, I've got a small team in place that helps with that because it's a, I like to say, a heavy lift, but a good heavy lift. And it's definitely challenging, but it's been a lot of fun and I've seen a lot of momentum and learning how to the business development piece of building out these groups.
