So what are those that you want to push back on?
So I think myth number 1 is that leadership starts at the top. Right. And quite frankly, leadership doesn't start at the top. It actually starts with you. It starts with you getting a vision, an understanding of yourself, building trust, building integrity, building, um, a sense that you have ideas that people are interested in and that they want to follow you.
