It might be fine now. But chances are good that at some point in your career you're going to have to work on your own. You might as well start planning now to make the best of it. It could be your senior citizen years. It could be while taking a maternity or paternity leave. There are going to be times when it just doesn't quite fit for you to work within a larger organization.
