Are you actively preparing for your senior citizen years? I don't mean retirement years. I personally am never going to retire as long as my mind still works. But your senior citizen years, you know, age 65 to 95100 ideally 120. Here's how I'm preparing every single day. I lift weights every single day. I didn't used to, but I've noticed senior citizens often get weaker. I read paper books every single day because I want to strengthen my mind. I try to limit my TV consumption to only one hour a day because I've noticed a lot of senior citizens spend too much time watching video. I'm actively cultivating new skills that I can use by making online courses, digital products that I can do without having to work with anyone else because because I can do that when I'm 100 years old. How are you preparing for your senior years?
