Create Content That Stands Out With AI: Better Posts, Reports, and Presentations

TJ Walker shows how to use AI to improve LinkedIn posts, reports, and presentations. Start with your idea, generate a draft, then refine it at least three times by asking for a stronger opening, tighter writing, and better structure. AI works best when it sharpens your thinking, not replaces it.

Ultimize. Content is everywhere. Emails, reports, posts, presentations. Most of it is instantly forgettable, right? Who are we kidding? AI can help you create content that stands out. Let me show you how. Imagine you're writing a LinkedIn post. Most people write something generic. Instead, you start with a clear idea, then you ask AI Help me turn this into an engaging LinkedIn post. Now you have a draft. Then you ask, make the opening more attention-grabbing. Now the first line is stronger. Then you ask, make this more concise. Now it's easier to read. Another example, you're writing a report. You ask AI, create a clear structure for this report. Then you ask, how can I make it even more engaging for the reader? Now your report is not just informative, it's readable. Again, this doesn't mean you have AI do everything. You still have to use your brain. You have to use your ideas. You have to use real-world experiences based on conversations you've had with clients, customers, colleagues. But the AI can take it to the next level and really help you synthesize it, refine it, and improve it. Another example: you're creating a presentation. You ask AI to suggest a strong opening story based on stories that you give it. Brainstorm on 3 or 4 you have, and you're not sure which one is best. You're more likely to come up with something that's ideal for this speech getting feedback from the AI. They The key is refinement, not just generating more content. Content is free and easy for everyone. You've gotta generate it and improve it step by step. Your exercise now is specific. Take one piece of content you need to create, use AI to generate a draft, then refine it not once, not twice, but at least 3 times because great content is rarely created in one step.
